A La Carte Service Agreement
Service Agreement

By selecting and purchasing any a la carte service from NventSolution (NVS), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review this agreement carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Logo Design
Description: Professional logo design including up to 3 initial concepts and 2 rounds of revisions.
Price: $50.
1.2 Graphic Design
Description: Custom graphic design for banners, social media posts, etc., including up to 2 revisions.
Price: $75.
1.3 Content Writing
Description: High-quality content writing for web pages, up to 500 words per page.
Price: $100 per page.
2. Pricing and Payment
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon selection of services. All payments will be processed through the NVS Client Portal.
Additional Charges: Any extra revisions or changes not included in the initial scope of work will incur additional fees. These additional services will be quoted separately and must also be paid for through the NVS Client Portal.
3. Use of Rich Photos
Rich Photos: NventSolution (NVS) utilizes Depositphotos for rich, high-quality images. Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the photo license for any images purchased as part of our services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Promotions and Deals: If applicable, clients are responsible for providing details about any ongoing promotions, deals, or specific marketing campaigns that should be considered during the creation of design or content. This ensures that the final deliverables align with your current marketing strategies.
Focus Topics and Audience: Clients must provide clear information regarding the specific topics, themes, or target audiences they wish to focus on. This includes any particular messages, tones, or styles that should be incorporated into the content or design.
5. Delivery and Revisions
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Logo Design: 7 business days
- Graphic Design: 5 business days
- Content Writing: 3 business days per page
- Revisions: Included revisions per service are specified above. Additional revisions will be billed at $35/hour.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of payment receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur a [Specify percentage] cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued if the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, subject to the terms outlined here.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. NventSolution (NVS) retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.
8. Confidentiality
- Privacy: All information shared during the course of the project will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
