These services will be provided for the Client’s website as specified in the chosen Design plan:
Additional services may be requested and will be charged as follows:
Payment confirms your agreement to the project scope and timelines discussed. Work will begin based on the current project queue, and timelines will reflect active communication and content submission.
NventSolution, LLC is committed to delivering a website that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will work with you to make revisions as outlined in the Revisions and Feedback section.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the final product after all revisions, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed through the NVS Client Portal. This policy is in place to maintain trust and confidence that we will deliver the agreed-upon services.
We are committed to addressing all clearly communicated concerns. To ensure your satisfaction, we rely on timely and specific feedback throughout the project. If unclear or vague direction is given, we will proceed based on professional judgment in alignment with the approved scope.
The project will begin within 1 business day after full payment is received.
The expected completion time for the Basic Design Package is 3 weeks, assuming timely content delivery and active communication. This timeline may shift slightly depending on client response times or other active projects.
You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and materials within 3 business days of our request.
Delays in Content Delivery:
If you fail to provide necessary content within the specified time, we may extend the project timeline.
If the delay exceeds 5 business days, we reserve the right to:
Issue a written notice requiring content within 3 additional business days.
Place the project on hold until content is received, with a restart fee of $45.
Terminate the service agreement, with payment for work completed up to that point due immediately.
Review & Feedback Window
Once a page or design phase is submitted for review, clients have 3 business days to provide feedback and request changes.
If no feedback is received within this timeframe, the design will proceed as-is.
We strongly recommend providing specific, clear feedback during the review window.
Instructions like “move this” or “adjust that” may be interpreted differently without context. The more detailed the feedback, the better the result—and the fewer revision rounds needed.
Multiple Revisions
You may request multiple adjustments during each 3-day review window.
Once a page or phase is approved, further revisions will require an additional fee unless covered by a separate agreement.
Final Approval & Closure
Once the full website is approved and launched, any future changes will fall under maintenance services or a new scope of work.
The Basic Design Package includes up to 1–2 pages. This page count refers to the overall design and strategy workload agreed upon at the start of the project.
During the design process, if the content and layout of the first page fully satisfy the intended purpose for both pages, we may adjust the direction to reflect that efficiency.
A second page may still be created where needed, but if you choose not to use it, no partial refund or credit will be offered.
This is because the creative planning, strategy, and revision time are based on the agreed page count, not just the number of final URLs. The value delivered is based on the complete service—not just the final output.
If content is still needed during the final design or revision phase and is not provided within 3 business days of our request:
The project will automatically roll into the next design phase (if possible), or
Pause if there is no additional work that can continue without your input.
This may extend your timeline and delay delivery of the finished website.
Example: If you don’t send your final content (like photos or text for an “About” section), we’ll either proceed with what we have, or pause the project until you’re ready.
If the delay continues beyond 5 business days, we will follow the same process outlined in Section 5, including a $45 restart fee and possible termination.
This ensures your project stays on track. We’re flexible with communication—but not with silence.
You agree to:
Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner.
Review the final design and provide feedback or approval before the website is delivered.
Cancellation: All cancellations must be made through a support request in the NVS Client Portal. This is the only method accepted for cancellation requests.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
This service agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and NventSolution, LLC regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Website projects are custom and begin immediately after onboarding. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of payment and only if no work has been started (including internal planning, setup, or development). A 25% processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative and planning time.
After 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for partially completed projects or canceled requests.
Refund & Cancellation Process
All requests for cancellations, credits, or refunds must be submitted as a support ticket through the NVS Client Portal.
The NVS Client Portal is the only accepted method for submitting cancellation or refund requests.
By using our website design services, you agree to allow NventSolution, LLC to include a discreet attribution line at the bottom of your website. This will read:
“Proudly Designed, or Proudly Recreated by NventSolution”
This line will be placed near the copyright notice and may vary depending on the nature of the service provided. It serves as a professional credit and supports SEO and credibility for both parties. If removal is requested in writing, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
