Basic Website Design - Up to 2 pages

Service Agreement

Effective Date: 08/20/2024

1. Services Provided

These services will be provided for the Client’s website as specified in the chosen Design plan:

  • Custom website design
  • Mobile-responsive design for desktop, laptop, and mobile
  • Basic Features such as: gallery, contact form, contact icons, social media integration
  • Multi-browser compatibility
  • Basic SEO setup
  • Design tailored to your brand
  • Integration of client-provided content and images
  • Multiple revisions during the project
  • 6 licensed photos included
  • 7-day free trial to our Premium Maintenance Plan

2. Additional Services (Add-ons)

Additional services may be requested and will be charged as follows:

  • Additional pages: $75 per page
  • Logo design: $50
  • Content writing: $100 per page
  • Priority rush service: An additional 20% of the total package price
  • Additional revisions: $75 per round

3. Payment Terms

  • The total cost of the Basic Design Package is $250.
  • Add-on services will be billed at the rates mentioned above.
  • Payment is required in full before the commencement of any work.
  • All payments must be made through the NVS Client Portal.

4. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

NventSolution, LLC is committed to delivering a website that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will work with you to make revisions as outlined in the Revisions and Feedback section. Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the final product after all revisions, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed through the NVS Client Portal. This policy is in place to maintain trust and confidence that we will deliver the agreed-upon services.

5. Project Timeline

  • The project will begin within 1 business days after full payment is received.
  • The expected completion time for the Basic Design Package is 4 weeks.
  • You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and materials within 3 business days of our request.

Delays in Content Delivery: If you fail to provide necessary content within the specified time, we may extend the project timeline. If the delay exceeds 5 business days, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue a written notice requiring content within 3 additional business days.
  • Place the project on hold until content is received, with a restart fee of $45.
  • Terminate the service agreement, with payment for work completed up to that point due immediately.

6. Revisions and Feedback

  • You are entitled to multiple revisions within the scope of the Basic Design Package.
  • Additional revisions beyond the scope will be charged at $100 per round.
  • Prompt feedback is encouraged to ensure project timelines are met.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the final design and providing feedback or approval before the final product is delivered.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and any content provided by NventSolution, LLC, excluding any third-party materials that may be licensed to you.
  • We retain the right to showcase the final product in our portfolio or marketing materials.

9. Maintenance and Support

  • A 7-day free trial of the Premium Maintenance Plan is included with the Basic Design Package.
  • After the trial period, you may subscribe to a maintenance plan at the rates outlined on our website or provided in a separate agreement.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
  • If terminated before project completion, payment for all work completed up to the termination date is due immediately.
  • We will provide you with all work completed up to the termination date.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made through a support request in the NVS Client Portal. This is the only method accepted for cancellation requests.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • NventSolution, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue.
  • Our total liability for any claim under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid for the services.

12. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the project.

13. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

14. Entire Agreement

  • This service agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and NventSolution, LLC regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

15. Refund Policy Based on Project Phases

  • The project is divided into three phases, with the following refund policy:

    Phase 1: Initial Design and Look (25% of total project cost)

    • Includes creation of the initial design, layout, and overall look.
    • Refund Deadline: You may request a partial refund during this phase. If unsatisfied and wishing to cancel, you may request a refund of 75% of the total project cost, retaining 25% as a non-refundable fee.
    • Refund Request: Must be made within
    • 5 days of receiving the initial design for review.

    Phase 2: Content Integration and Development (50% of total project cost)

    • Includes integrating your content, images, and additional development work.
    • Refund Deadline: You may request a partial refund during this phase. If wishing to cancel, you may request a refund of 25% of the total project cost, retaining 50% as a non-refundable fee.
    • Refund Request: Must be made within 3 days of completion of this phase.

    Phase 3: Final Revisions and Launch (100% of total project cost)

    • Includes final revisions, testing, and the official launch.
    • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once this phase has commenced as the project is considered complete.

    Refund Process: Refunds, credits, and all other financial transactions, including invoicing, upgrading/downgrading services, must be processed through the NVS Client Portal.

    Note: All payments, refunds, credits, invoices, service upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations must be handled through the NVS Client Portal. The only accepted method for submitting a cancellation request is through a support request in the NVS Client Portal.

    Confirmation By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this service agreement.
