Vanguard billing automatically begins the day after the included 1 month end, at the rate shown in your portal. To avoid renewal, submit a cancellation request via support ticket or email before the next billing date.

We reserve the right to showcase your site in our portfolio and marketing unless you request in writing before launch. This request must be made before final delivery; later requests may not be honored.

Website projects are custom and begin immediately after onboarding, so refunds are limited.
