1. Pricing & Renewals

  • Monthly Rate: $14.99

  • Hosting is billed in advance and renews automatically each month unless canceled.

  • Payments not received within 5 days of the due date may result in suspension. A $35 reactivation fee applies after suspension.

  • Annual Plans: Plans created in 2025 or earlier will continue through their paid term and renew at the current annual rate based on the monthly price in effect at the time of renewal.

2. What’s Included with NVS Root

Performance & Storage

  • Unmetered bandwidth (no data limits).

  • 10 GB of allocated storage.

  • Free Auto SSL certificate.

Security & Protection

  • Daily malware scans with one-time malware removal if detected.

  • Auto SSL certificate for encrypted HTTPS connections.

  • Firewall and intrusion monitoring.

  • Regular security audits and updates.

Backups & Maintenance

  • Automatic system backups are included; however, clients must maintain their own WordPress backups for extra protection.

  • Routine server maintenance and software updates are performed to keep systems stable and secure.

Domains & Setup

  • Free domain registration for the first year.

  • If your domain is registered elsewhere, we’ll assist with nameserver setup to ensure connectivity.

3. Data & Security Responsibilities

We employ robust security measures, but clients share responsibility for their own data.

  • Use strong passwords and keep software up to date.

  • Maintain independent backups of your content.

  • Manual data restoration may be available if needed, depending on system availability.

4. Service & Support

  • Hosting services activate once payment is received and setup is complete.

  • Technical support is available Monday–Friday for hosting-related issues.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with advance notice.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability. Our hosting services are designed to provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If uptime falls below this threshold, compensation may be provided in the form of service credits. However, this does not apply to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Resource Limits

Unmetered bandwidth does not mean unlimited resources. If a website uses excessive CPU, RAM, or disk space (above 10 GB) and affects server stability, we may request an upgrade or temporarily limit usage.

7. Service Level & Performance

We strive for 99.9 % uptime each month. If uptime drops below this threshold (excluding scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control), a service credit may be issued.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before your next renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds are offered.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to back up all website files before termination.

9. Acceptable Use & Compliance

Clients must not use hosting for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or malware distribution.
All use must comply with local laws and data-protection regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

NventSolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including data loss, downtime, or financial damage from service interruptions.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages).
