1. Pricing & Payment Terms
Our Premium Hosting Plan is available with the following pricing options:
- 1 Month: $34.99
- 3 Months: $31.99/month ($95.97 total) – 9% discount
- 6 Months: $28.99/month ($173.94 total) – 17% discount
- Annual: $24.99/month ($299.88 total) – 29% discount
All prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are due in advance for the selected billing period.
2. Features Included
Our Premium Hosting Plan provides the following features:
- Daily Malware Scans: Regular scans to detect and prevent malware threats.
- One-Time Malware Removal: A single instance of malware removal if detected.
- Unmetered Bandwidth: Unlimited data transfer with no additional fees.
- 10 GB Web Space: Storage space allocated for your website files.
- Free Website Migration: Assistance with transferring your existing website to our servers at no additional cost.
- Free Domain (1st Year): One complimentary domain registration for the first year of service.
- Free Auto SSL Certificate: Automated SSL certificate to secure your website with HTTPS.
- Gmail & Outlook Email Configuration: Setup and configuration assistance for Gmail and Outlook email accounts (support request required).
- Routine Checks: Regular checks to ensure that your scripts and core files are up-to-date.
- Routine Monitoring of Website Control Panel: Ongoing monitoring of your website control panel for optimal performance.

3. Service Agreement Terms
By selecting the checkbox during checkout, you agree to the following terms:
- Service Activation: Your hosting service will be activated upon receipt of payment and completion of the account setup process.
- Account Management: You are responsible for managing your account and website within the allocated resources of the Premium Hosting Plan.
- Support: Technical support is available Monday through Saturday to assist with issues related to your hosting service.
- Email Configuration: For Gmail and Outlook email configuration, please submit a support request through our support ticket system or contact us directly for assistance.
- Routine Checks and Monitoring: We will conduct routine checks to ensure scripts and core files are updated and monitor the website control panel for optimal performance.
- Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our hosting services, you agree to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes but is not limited to:
- Prohibition of illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, and distribution of malware.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to internet use and data protection.
5. Termination of Service & Refunds
We may terminate or suspend your hosting service if you violate our terms of service or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination.
Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription, we will refund the amount for any unused days remaining in the current billing cycle.
