Service Agreement

1. Overview
This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Social Media Management services provided by NventSolution (the “Provider”) to the client (the “Client”). By engaging in these services, the Client agrees to the following terms:
2. Services Provided
The Provider agrees to deliver the following services as per the selected plan:
- Basic Plan: Up to 8 posts per month, 4 licensed photos, basic graphic design, basic logo design (if needed), focus on organic growth, and a monthly performance summary.
- Enhanced Plan: Up to 12 posts per month, 6 licensed photos, enhanced graphic design, basic logo design (if needed), focus on organic growth, and bi-weekly performance reports.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide any necessary information, branding materials, and guidelines in a timely manner to enable the Provider to create content that aligns with the Client’s goals.
- The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted.
4. Content Creation
- The Provider will create content based on the plan selected. The content will be tailored to the Client’s business but does not include video production.
- Licensed photos used in posts will be sourced from Deposit Photos and are limited to the quantity specified in the selected plan.
5. Graphic Design
- Basic graphic design services include minimal enhancements and simple custom graphics where necessary.
- A one-time basic logo design will be provided if required by the Client.
6. Organic Growth
- The Provider will focus on growing the Client’s social media presence organically. Paid advertising, post boosting, or promotional campaigns are not included in these plans.
7. Performance Reporting
The Provider will deliver performance reports as per the plan selected (monthly for Basic Plan; bi-weekly for Enhanced Plan), which include engagement metrics and insights.
8. Payment Terms
Payments for the selected plan are due on a monthly basis. All services are prepaid and non-refundable once initiated.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Any services performed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Provider will not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the social media services provided.
11. Amendments
This agreement may be amended or updated from time to time. The Client will be notified of any changes and must agree to them for continued service.
