NVS Atlas™ is a structured monthly website management service designed for corporate-level websites, larger WordPress sites, and businesses that require greater oversight than NVS Vanguard™. It is not a rapid-development, unlimited-request, full marketing, or full custom software plan.
Each month, work is prioritized based on website needs, submitted requests, technical risk, business impact, vendor dependencies, and available monthly service capacity. This helps NventSolution™ deliver stronger ongoing management, stability, refinement, and communication while protecting the website’s quality and reliability.
NVS Atlas™ works best for businesses that want to:
Work Tracking and Monthly Reporting
NVS Atlas™ includes private work tracking during active service, along with a monthly NVS Recap Report summarizing key work completed, website activity, maintenance items, technical findings, SEO or traffic trends observed, and recommended next steps.
The tracking and reporting process is designed to provide clear visibility into what is being reviewed, adjusted, monitored, and completed during the service period.
Weekly Website Maintenance, Updates, and Stability
NVS Atlas™ includes weekly website maintenance to help keep the website stable, secure, and properly functioning. This includes WordPress core updates, plugin and theme updates, routine monitoring, backup review, and troubleshooting of normal update-related issues when they fall within plan scope.
If a plugin, theme, custom element, or third-party tool causes broken layouts, editing issues, vulnerabilities, or performance problems, NventSolution™ will investigate and apply reasonable corrective action within available service capacity. Extensive redevelopment, unsupported third-party tools, custom-coded functionality, enterprise systems, or larger technical issues may require a separate quote, plan adjustment, or approved billable work.
Weekly Backups and Restore Protection
Your website is backed up weekly, with backup copies also stored offsite in secured NVS-managed storage when applicable and technically supported.
Backup monitoring is included to support restoration if needed. Emergency restoration support is included when restoration falls within the active scope of service and can be reasonably performed using available backups and access.
NventSolution™ is not responsible for data loss caused by hosting provider failure, third-party platform issues, client-side changes, expired licenses, external systems, or issues outside the managed website environment.
Daily Security Monitoring
We monitor your website for common security concerns such as malware indicators, uptime interruptions, firewall alerts, suspicious login attempts, user activity concerns, plugin vulnerabilities, and other technical issues that may require attention.
If an issue is detected, NventSolution™ will document it, notify you when appropriate, and recommend or apply reasonable next-step action when appropriate.
Advanced incident response, forensic cleanup, legal review, enterprise cybersecurity services, or recovery from severe compromise may require a separate quote or outside specialist support.
Corporate Bi-weekly Local SEO Refinement and Search Visibility Review
NVS Atlas™ includes Bi-Weekly Local SEO-aware refinement focused on improving the structure, search readiness, and visibility of existing website pages over time. This may include new keyword implementation, updates to headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, indexing controls, permalink structure, internal page structure, sitemap health, internal linking, page hierarchy, image handling, and other on-page SEO elements where appropriate.
This plan also includes tracking of organic traffic trends, direct traffic trends, search visibility patterns, indexing concerns, and page-level performance metrics for the managed website.
Light observation of paid search visibility trends may also be noted when relevant, but NVS Atlas™ does not include ad campaign management.
This plan does not include backlink campaigns at scale, full competitor SEO strategy, reputation management, public relations strategy, or full-scale paid advertising management unless otherwise stated in writing.
Analytics and Search Platform Oversight
During active service, NventSolution™ may configure, connect, monitor, and manage platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, tag management tools, and related website tracking platforms on the client’s behalf to support tracking, reporting, optimization, and visibility review.
Direct client access is not required unless otherwise requested.
If service ends, NventSolution™ may discontinue active management of connected tracking platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership, access, and transfer of applicable accounts may be handled during offboarding when technically possible and appropriate.
PRO SEO Plugin Licensing
NVS Atlas includes access to Rank Math Pro during active service. The Rank Math Pro license is owned and managed by NventSolution and remains active only while the website is on an eligible NventSolution management plan. If service is cancelled, Rank Math Pro access will be removed. Rank Math Free may remain installed so existing SEO titles, descriptions, redirects, sitemap settings, and other supported SEO configuration can continue functioning without an immediate loss of current SEO setup.
Bi-Weekly Performance, Design, and Structural Review
NventSolution™ reviews the website bi-weekly for performance, usability, and structural issues that may negatively affect visitors, search visibility, accessibility, or website reliability.
This may include review of page speed factors, image handling, script load concerns, indexing health, layout refinements, section cleanup, visual improvements, user experience adjustments, mobile responsiveness, broken elements, navigation flow, and structural SEO-related improvements that support the overall health and presentation of the site.
Reasonable improvements may be made within monthly service capacity. Larger performance rebuilds, advanced optimization projects, custom development, server-level work, or large-scale redesigns may require a separate quote.
Corporate Request Capacity
Each month, NVS Atlas™ generally includes up to two (2) standard content-based pages or up to twelve (12) section-level updates within a billing cycle.
Actual output depends on complexity, content readiness, approval timing, required functionality, third-party dependencies, website structure, timing of the request, and other ongoing monthly priorities.
This request capacity is intended for client website support and reasonable update requests such as page creation, section additions, layout adjustments, content swaps, navigation adjustments, image updates, visual refinements, internal linking updates, SEO-aware content implementation, and updates to existing corporate information when content is provided.
More advanced functionality, development-heavy requests, strategy-heavy work, complex integrations, custom-coded features, large-volume content entry, or higher-complexity changes may require additional time, a separate quote, or a plan adjustment.
Corporate Landing Page (Included)
NVS Atlas™ may include up to two (2) dedicated landing pages at the client’s request or if determined for beneficial improvement of the websites visibility or specific service highlights, within available monthly service capacity. This makes Atlas a stronger fit for corporate businesses that need more targeted page expansion, conversion-focused layouts, or location/service-based landing page development over time.
Proactive Improvement Time
In addition to client request capacity, NVS Atlas™ includes up to three (3) hours of allocated monthly time used by NventSolution™ to proactively improve the website. This allows progress to continue even when no new requests are submitted.
Proactive work may include layout refinements, UX improvements, structural cleanup, technical review, content presentation improvements, performance-related adjustments, functional improvements, broken element fixes, section changes, and page-level enhancement work based on current site needs and available monthly service capacity.
Third-Party Vendor Coordination
NVS Atlas™ may include reasonable website-related coordination with approved third-party vendors when needed to support the managed website.
This may include communication or review involving hosting providers, plugin vendors, analytics providers, SEO/ad vendors, investor relations vendors, accessibility tools, email platform providers, or other website-related services.
Vendor coordination is included only when it is directly tied to the managed website and falls within reasonable monthly service capacity.
NventSolution™ is not responsible for the performance, pricing, availability, accuracy, compliance, timelines, or deliverables of third-party vendors.
Extended vendor management, technical integration planning, migration coordination, or multi-party project management may require a separate quote.
Visual Asset Support
NventSolution™ may utilize commercially licensed assets, client-provided media, custom graphics, and commercially permitted third-party visuals when appropriate for website improvements, landing page updates, branding consistency, SEO presentation, and ongoing design refinement.
Visual assets are sourced as part of active website management work and are not treated as a separate monthly allocation or rollover-based service.
Corporate Information and Investor-Facing Content Support
NVS Atlas™ may include limited website-side support for approved corporate information pages, leadership pages, company profile pages, general investor-facing website content, supplemental materials, and similar website sections when the work is within the active service scope and does not require specialized automation, compliance review, financial reporting oversight, investor relations platform functionality, or third-party platform replacement.
NventSolution™ may assist with website-side implementation, page structure, content placement, formatting, design alignment, and ongoing website management of approved content provided by the client.
NVS Atlas™ does not include acting as the client’s investor relations department, legal/compliance reviewer, financial communications advisor, SEC reporting provider, press release distributor, email distribution platform, or replacement for a dedicated investor relations platform.
The client remains fully responsible for content accuracy, approval, legal compliance, financial compliance, investor communication requirements, internal review, and authorization before publication.
Requests involving bulk content updates, recurring investor materials, SEC filings, press releases, automated feeds, investor email distribution, subscriber management, archived investor content, third-party integrations, or migration from an existing investor relations vendor such as Q4 or similar platforms may require separate discovery, planning, implementation, and pricing.
To maintain website stability, usability, and presentation, NventSolution™ may make minor technical or visual adjustments without prior approval when reasonably necessary to:
These changes will not intentionally alter the brand’s core message, tone, legal positioning, investor communications, or business identity.
Work performed under this authority remains within monthly service capacity and will be documented on the client’s private tracking board or monthly recap when appropriate.
If the client prefers full pre-approval before these types of adjustments are made, that request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by NventSolution™.
NVS Atlas™ is not an unlimited development, enterprise IT, full marketing, legal compliance, investor relations software, or emergency support service.
The following are not included unless otherwise stated in writing:
NventSolution™ may provide light campaign wording suggestions, website readiness feedback for ads, SEO-aware implementation, and general observation of paid search visibility trends through connected tools when relevant.
Ongoing ad management, bid strategy, search term review, budget management, conversion tracking strategy, and paid campaign optimization are not included unless covered under a separate agreement.
Clients receive access to a private tracking board for real-time visibility into website work, updates, monitoring activity, vendor-related notes, and completed items.
NVS Atlas™ also includes a monthly recap report summarizing key work completed, website activity, maintenance items, technical observations, SEO/search visibility notes, and recommended next steps.
NVS Atlas™ renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal™.
Because corporate website onboarding often requires additional review, access setup, documentation, and learning of the existing website structure, NventSolution™ may recommend or require an initial three-month service period for NVS Atlas™ clients.
Any separate project work, migration work, integration work, or investor relations transition work will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins.
The client agrees to provide the access reasonably required for NventSolution™ to perform approved website management services. This may include WordPress access, hosting access, DNS access, plugin/vendor access, analytics access, search platform access, security tools, or other website-related systems.
NventSolution™ will use reasonable care when accessing and managing approved systems.
The client remains responsible for maintaining ownership of its domain, hosting, business accounts, legal accounts, financial accounts, investor relations accounts, email platforms, and other third-party systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NventSolution™ is not responsible for delays, limitations, outages, missing data, or blocked work caused by unavailable access, vendor restrictions, expired licenses, hosting limitations, or third-party platform issues.

NVS Atlas™ is designed for businesses that need stronger corporate website oversight, dependable WordPress management, structured communication, technical review, vendor coordination, and broader website support than a standard small-business management plan.
This plan provides ongoing website management, but it does not replace specialized investor relations software, legal review, financial compliance workflows, full-scale custom development, or third-party automation systems unless separately quoted and approved.
If your needs extend beyond what this plan is designed to support, NventSolution™ will explain your options clearly before recommending any next step.
By subscribing through the NVS Client Portal™, you acknowledge and agree to these terms upon service activation.
