1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
2. Services Provided
We offer services including, but not limited to:
Website design, hosting, maintenance, and management
Client account management and service transactions through the portal
Specific terms may apply to individual services. These are outlined in the corresponding service agreement at the time of purchase.
3. User Accounts
Registration – Users of https://nvsportal.com must create an account to access services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites.
4. Payment Terms
Billing Cycles – Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
Pricing Changes – If pricing for your plan changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.
7-Day Change Request Policy – Clients must submit plan change requests at least 7 days before their next billing cycle to take effect.
End-of-Day Processing Policy – Account updates, cancellations, and billing adjustments are processed at 5:00 PM Arizona Time. Requests submitted after this time will be processed the next business day.
Refunds – Refund eligibility is defined in the corresponding service agreement.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Host or distribute malicious software
Violate the intellectual property rights of NventSolution or others
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites is owned by NventSolution unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Clients retain ownership of any content they provide, but NventSolution retains a license to use that content as needed to fulfill services.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with advance notice to affected users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites if you:
Violate these Terms.
Fail to pay for services as agreed.
You may terminate your account at any time through the portal or by contacting us at support@nventsolution.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
NventSolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Sites or services.
Total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the past 12 months.
10. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes affecting your pricing or services will include at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
