NVS Vanguard℠ is a structured monthly website management service designed for businesses that need a more active level of support than NVS Momentum℠ and want to be found by AI in search results and referred by AI platforms. It is not a rapid-development or unlimited-request plan.
Each month, work is prioritized based on your website’s needs, submitted requests, and the scope of the plan. This allows NventSolution™ to provide more frequent oversight, stronger ongoing refinement, and broader monthly progress while protecting website stability and overall quality.

Private Workboard tracking
NVS Vanguard℠ includes two private work boards provided after purchase of our service. One work board tracks the weekly routine maintenance we perform on your site, such as Plugin/Theme updates, WordPress core updates, backup initialization and storage, and more in-depth security monitoring and configuration than NVS Momentum℠. This board also includes page speed-related items, such as page performance, accessibility, and overall best practices for your website’s speed. The second work board tracks your monthly incoming traffic data, traffic sources, and areas such as Organic Sessions, Clicks, Impressions, Average Session time, Search Click Through Rate, and a few other sources including referral traffic sources and AI Traffic sources. This board also tracks other areas involving your website’s search visibility and also has a section included for all design work we perform each month.
Our boards were designed in-house; thus, they may be improved or refined to further cover your website’s visibility and/or maintenance tasks.
Weekly Website Maintenance
NVS Vanguard℠ includes weekly website maintenance to help keep your site stable, secure, and properly functioning at a more efficient rate than NVS Momentum℠. This includes WordPress core updates, plugin and theme updates, routine security monitoring, backup review, and troubleshooting of normal update-related issues when they occur.
If a plugin, theme, custom element, or third-party tool causes broken layouts, editing issues, vulnerabilities, or performance problems, NventSolution™ will investigate and attempt to apply reasonable corrective action to resolve the issue.
Weekly Backups and Restore Protection
Your website is backed up directly on your website weekly, with backup copies also stored offsite in a secured NVS-managed storage environment should the need apply for backup restoration.
Backup monitoring is included to support restoration if needed. Emergency restoration support is included when restoration falls within the active scope of service and can be reasonably performed using available backups and access.
NventSolution™ is not responsible for data loss caused by hosting provider failure, third-party platform issues, client-side changes, expired licenses, external systems, or issues outside the managed website environment.
Daily Security Monitoring and routine configuration
We monitor and routinely configure your website’s security for common security concerns such as malware indicators, uptime interruptions, firewall alerts, suspicious login attempts, user activity concerns, plugin vulnerabilities, and other technical issues that may require attention.
If an issue is detected, NventSolution™ will document it in your private workboard, notify you when appropriate, and recommend or apply reasonable next-step action when appropriate.
Advanced incident response, forensic cleanup, legal review, enterprise cybersecurity services, or recovery from severe compromise may require a separate quote or outside specialist support.
Bi-weekly SEO Refinement and Trend Monitoring
NVS Vanguard℠ includes bi-weekly SEO refinement focused on improving the structure, search readiness, and visibility of existing website pages over time. Without going into explicit detail of each term, we focus on On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). This may include “high-intent” keyword research, new keyword optimizing/re-optimizing using data pulled from your Google Search Console (GSC), updates to meta information such as headings, meta titles, and meta descriptions, additional SEO-related elements such as indexing adjustments, permalink structure/restructure, Schema creation and organization, internal page structure/restructure, sitemap health, page hierarchy, and alt attribute image handling.
As for tracking on our work board, this plan includes tracking of the following sources pulled from your website’s Google Analytics and Google Search Console: Organic traffic trends, direct traffic trends, organic social traffic trends, referral traffic trends, AI/LLM traffic trends, Google search impressions & clicks, and multi-specific device search clicks and click through rate. We also monitor and ensure proper submission of your website’s sitemap(s), review and resolve indexing concerns involving your website’s sitemap, and specific page-level performance metrics for the website.
Using Paid Ads? We also include a section on our work board monitoring the paid search traffic sessions that occur each month. Light observation is made for paid ads, and thus we advise you work with your Ad agency for a more in-depth analysis of your paid visibility and traffic.
Using a third party website/platform to book appointments? Under NVS Vanguard℠ we create specific tracking metrics in your Google Analytics account and include a section on our work board monitoring the traffic clicks for this specific source.
Please note: This plan does also focus on improving a website’s GEO and AEO and does contain a section on our board that accuratly tracks the data and traffic source (Example: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc).
Analytics and Search Platform Oversight
During active service, NventSolution™ will configure, connect, monitor, and manage platforms for your website such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, additionally, we will also provide basic assistance with setting up tracking tags on the website, should the client use an ad agency.
Direct client access is not required unless otherwise requested.
If service ends, NventSolution™ will discontinue active management of connected tracking platforms and ownership, access, and transfer of applicable accounts will be handled during offboarding with the client.
Client Request Capacity
Each month, NVS Vanguard℠ includes up to two (2) standard content-based page or up to six – twelve (6-12) section-level updates, depending on complexity, within a billing cycle.
Actual output depends on complexity as mentioned, content readiness, approval timing, required functionality, third-party dependencies, website structure, timing of the request, and other ongoing monthly priorities.
This service is intended purely for client-review oversight, and covers reasonable update requests such as page creation, section additions, layout adjustments, content swaps, navigation adjustments, image updates, visual refinements, internal linking updates, SEO-aware content implementation, and updates to existing information when direction and/or content is provided.
This is meant to give businesses a way to add new ideas and important information to their website without having to pay a fee for design updates or DIY it themselves, potentially harming their design or SEO ranking. This service’s quota (2 pages / 6-12 section updates) does not roll over and is not meant to occupy the allotted time below in “Allocated Proactive Improvement Time”.
Allocated Proactive Improvement Time ~ 4 hours/monthly
In addition to the client-request capacity above, NVS Momentum™ includes up to four (4) hours of allocated monthly time used by NventSolution™ to proactively improve the website without direct client oversight. This allows progress to continue even when no new requests are submitted.
Proactive work may include layout refinements, UX improvements, SEO improvements, structural cleanup, performance-related adjustments, functionality improvements, section changes, and page-level enhancement work based on current site needs and available monthly service capacity.
If the client prefers full pre-approval before these types of adjustments are made, we ask that you submit in writing (Via email or support ticket on the NVS Client portal) to be acknowledged by NventSolution™.
Visual Asset Support
NventSolution™ may utilize commercially licensed assets, client-provided media, custom graphics, and commercially permitted third-party visuals when appropriate for website improvements, landing page updates, branding consistency, SEO presentation, and ongoing design refinement.
Visual assets are sourced as part of active website management work and are not treated as a separate monthly allocation or rollover-based service.
Optional WooCommerce Store Management Add-On
Clients using WooCommerce may request a separate WooCommerce management add-on for their website’s e-commerce functionality to cover limited WooCommerce-related support such as product edits, variation updates, sale adjustments, basic storefront review, and light checkout or store testing within monthly capacity.
Bulk product entry, advanced store customization, shipping or tax setup, third-party sales platform integrations, and large-scale catalog work are not included unless separately quoted.
To maintain website stability, usability, and presentation, NventSolution™ may make minor technical or visual adjustments without prior approval when reasonably necessary to:
These changes will not intentionally alter the brand’s core message, tone, or business identity. Work performed under this authority remains within monthly service capacity and will be documented on the client’s private tracking board.
If the client prefers full pre-approval before these types of adjustments are made, that request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by NventSolution™.
NVS Vanguard℠ is not an unlimited development or full project service.

WooCommerce may still be updated alongside normal plugin maintenance, but active store management is outside the standard scope of this plan unless the add-on is active.
NventSolution™ may provide light campaign wording suggestions, website readiness feedback for ads, and general observation of paid search visibility trends through connected tools when relevant. Ongoing ad management, bid strategy, search term review, budget management, and conversion optimization are not included unless covered under a separate agreement.
Clients receive access to a private tracking board for real-time visibility into website work, updates, and monitoring activity. NVS Vanguard℠ also includes a monthly recap report summarizing key work completed, website activity, and notable SEO or traffic trends observed during the service period.
NVS Vanguard℠ renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal™.
