1. Plan Pricing & Renewals

  • Monthly Rate: $34.99

  • Hosting is billed in advance and renews automatically based on the billing term selected by the client, whether monthly or annually, unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

    Annual plans renew for another annual billing term at the current annual rate based on the monthly price in effect at the time of renewal, unless a valid cancellation request is submitted at least 7 full calendar days before the renewal date.

2. What’s Included in Your Hosting

Performance & Storage

  • Unmetered bandwidth (no data limits).

  • 10 GB of allocated storage.

  • Free Auto SSL certificate.

Security & Protection

  • Daily malware scans with one-time malware removal if detected.

  • Auto SSL certificate for encrypted HTTPS connections.

  • Firewall and intrusion monitoring.

  • Regular security audits and updates.

Backups & Maintenance

  • Automatic system backups are included; however, clients must maintain their own WordPress backups for extra protection.

  • Routine server maintenance and software updates are performed to keep systems stable and secure.

Domains, Migrations & Setup

  • Free website migration to our servers at no additional cost.

  • Free domain registration for the first year.

  • If your domain is registered elsewhere, we’ll assist with nameserver setup to ensure connectivity.

Email Setup Assistance

  • Support for Gmail and Outlook IMAP/SMTP configuration (including port verification and testing).

  • One complimentary remote setup session (Quick Assist or equivalent) per email account — one device only, up to 30 minutes.

  • Additional devices or sessions require hourly support or an active Website Management Plan.

  • We do not support third-party email providers (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).

Sustainability Initiative

NventSolution partners with a verified green-powered provider. A tree is planted for every NVS Bloom plan activated. 💚

3. Your Data & Security Responsibilities

We employ robust security measures, but clients share responsibility for their own data.

  • Use strong passwords and keep software up to date.

  • Maintain independent backups of your content.

  • Manual data restoration may be available if needed, depending on system availability.

4. Support & Service Updates

  • Hosting services activate once payment is received and setup is complete.

  • Technical support is available Monday–Saturday for hosting-related issues.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with advance notice.

5. Uptime & Service Reliability (SLA)

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability. Our hosting services are designed to provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If uptime falls below this threshold, compensation may be provided in the form of service credits. However, this does not apply to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Fair Use & Resource Limits

Unmetered bandwidth does not mean unlimited resources. If a website uses excessive CPU, RAM, or disk space (above 10 GB) and affects server stability, we may request an upgrade or temporarily limit usage.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 full calendar days before the next renewal date to prevent the next billing cycle from processing.
  • If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than 7 full calendar days before the renewal date, the upcoming renewal remains due and the service will continue through the next paid billing term.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the active paid billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds are provided.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to back up all website files before cancellation.

7.1 Website Transfers & Account Handoff (Bloom)

If you choose to cancel and move to another provider, NventSolution will provide reasonable account, DNS, and hosting details needed for a standard transition upon request.

For NVS Bloom clients, this may include clarification assistance during the handoff process, but does not include full outbound migrations, third-party setup, or ongoing coordination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 Post-Termination Data Retention (If Available)

After hosting service ends, NventSolution may, at its discretion, retain limited account data for up to 30 days solely to allow clients to request a final backup.

For NVS Bloom clients, reasonable clarification assistance may be provided upon request. Any retained data access is not guaranteed, may be revoked at any time, and does not include continued hosting, website access, or technical support.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must not use hosting for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or malware distribution.
All use must comply with local laws and data-protection regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

NventSolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including data loss, downtime, or financial damage from service interruptions.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages).
