1. What's Included

We provide monthly website support focused on maintaining SEO fundamentals, improving visibility, reviewing performance metrics, and completing limited monthly design request updates within the technical limitations of your platform, such as Squarespace, Wix, or a similar platform.

NVS Edge PRO is designed for platform-based websites that need more than SEO-only oversight, but do not need a full rebuild, WordPress migration, or full website management plan.

Real-Time Work Log Access
You’ll receive access to a private tracking board showing what has been reviewed and completed each month. Scans, SEO updates, design request updates, and logged notes are documented so you always have clear visibility into your site’s status.
Monthly Website Health Scan
We perform a monthly review covering SEO fundamentals, indexability, basic usability, mobile presentation, and general site health. Fixes are applied where the platform allows, and findings or limitations are logged in your monthly review period.
On-Page SEO Adjustments
We validate and update key on-page elements such as page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, headings, internal links, and local search wording to support better visibility without changing your site’s overall voice or business identity.
Monthly Design Request Updates
NVS Edge PRO includes limited monthly design request updates for existing website sections. This may include text updates, image swaps, button updates, spacing adjustments, CTA improvements, footer/contact updates, and light visual improvements where your platform allows.
Expanded Local Intent Support
We help align your site’s pages with local and surrounding-area search intent through platform-permitted improvements such as service clarity, location relevance, internal linking, page focus refinement, and supporting SEO structure.
Blog SEO Support
If your site has a blog or content library, we support visibility through ongoing SEO refinement and local intent alignment. This may include optimizing existing posts, improving internal linking, and refining titles, headings, and meta descriptions where the platform allows.
Basic Structural Fixes
When supported by your platform, we correct basic structure issues such as missing H1 tags, weak internal linking, outdated footer details, poor CTA placement, readability spacing, and simple section order issues.
Sitemap & Analytics Check
We verify sitemap accessibility and confirm Google Search Console and Analytics connections where applicable. Any indexing, sitemap, or tracking issues are documented and addressed where the platform allows.
Performance Review
We review site speed, mobile responsiveness, image handling, and basic performance concerns using available tools. Platform-related limits are logged transparently so you understand what can and cannot be improved.
Phased Work Model
Work is prioritized by impact. Core pages, high-visibility pages, important service pages, and obvious SEO/design issues are handled first. Supporting pages, blogs, and lower-priority improvements are handled progressively and tracked in your work board.

NVS Edge PRO does not include:

Full website redesigns
Full page rebuilds
New page creation unless separately approved
Branding work or logo design
Advanced custom code
eCommerce operations or checkout troubleshooting
Membership or login troubleshooting
Keyword research campaigns
Competitor analysis
Backlink building
Paid ads or Google Ads management
Analytics campaign management
Malware cleanup
Hosting-level security controls
Advanced SEO tools or pro plugin licenses
WordPress plugin/theme work
WordPress maintenance or WordPress optimization

3. Platform Compatibility

NVS Edge PRO is built for websites on:

Squarespace
Wix
Other limited or non-WordPress platforms

NVS Edge PRO does not support:

GoDaddy Managed WordPress
WordPress.com websites
Self-hosted WordPress websites
WooCommerce websites
Shopify stores unless separately approved

If your website is on WordPress, we recommend NVS Momentum instead.

4. Work Tracking

Clients receive access to a private tracking board for real-time visibility into website work, updates, and monitoring activity.

5. Terms of Service

🧾 Service Start

Your service begins after checkout via the NVS Client Portal.

By checking the box, you agree to the terms listed in this service agreement.

6. Authorization

You grant NventSolution access to your website platform (Squarespace, Wix, etc.) and any necessary credentials to perform services within the scope of your plan.

If you or a third party makes changes during your service that cause errors, broken layouts, SEO issues, or performance problems, cleanup may be billed hourly when the work falls outside the scope of NVS Edge PRO. This can include (but is not limited to) design/layout cleanup, rebuilding sections, repairing site-wide formatting issues, emergency fixes, or reverting unintended live updates.

If this happens, we’ll document what changed, explain the impact, and recommend the most efficient fix before any billable cleanup begins.

7. Payments

NVS Edge PRO™ renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal™.

Payment is due on the renewal date
If payment is not received within three (3) days of the renewal date, service may be paused until payment is completed. Paused service may include delayed updates, delayed tracking board activity, and paused monthly review work.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing date
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins, but service remains active through the end of the paid term

8. Website Changes Without Approval

To keep your site healthy and performing well, we may make small updates without needing to contact you first. This includes:

Fixing broken elements
Replacing outdated features
Improving load speed
Minor structure adjustments for usability (platform-permitted) such as heading hierarchy (H1/H2), spacing for readability, CTA placement, internal link blocks, and basic section ordering.

We never change branding, content tone, or perform a visual redesign. All changes are logged on your tracking board.

If you prefer pre-approval before any changes, let us know in writing via email.

9. Platform Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Outages or bugs caused by Squarespace, Wix, etc.
Platform feature limitations or restrictions
Changes made by the platform that affect layout, speed, or SEO

If your site breaks due to something outside of our scope, we’ll advise you — but deeper help may require an upgrade or separate scope.

Final Notes

You own all content and branding on your site
We own our reporting tools and process templates
Attribution (e.g., “Proudly Managed by NventSolution”) may appear in your footer. You can request removal.
