Each month, work is prioritized based on your website’s needs, submitted requests, and the scope of the plan. This allows NventSolution™ to maintain your website properly, support steady progress, and avoid rushed or excessive changes that may negatively affect performance, usability, or consistency.

Work Tracking and Quarterly Reporting
NVS Momentum℠ includes private work tracking during active service, along with a Quarterly NVS Recap Report summarizing key work completed, website activity, maintenance items, technical findings, SEO or traffic trends observed, and recommended next steps.
The tracking and reporting process is designed to provide clear visibility into what is being reviewed, adjusted, monitored, and completed during the service period.
Bi-Weekly Website Maintenance, Updates, and Stability
NVS Momentum℠ includes bi-weekly website maintenance to help keep your site stable, secure, and properly functioning. This includes WordPress core updates, plugin and theme updates, routine monitoring, backup review, and troubleshooting of normal update-related issues when they fall within plan scope.
If a plugin, theme, custom element, or third-party tool causes broken layouts, editing issues, vulnerabilities, or performance problems, NventSolution™ will investigate and apply reasonable corrective action within available service capacity. Extensive redevelopment, unsupported third-party tools, custom-coded functionality, enterprise systems, or larger technical issues may require a separate quote, plan adjustment, or approved billable work.
Bi-Weekly Backups and Restore Protection
Your website is backed up bi-weekly, with backup copies also stored offsite in secured NVS-managed storage when applicable and technically supported.
Backup monitoring is included to support restoration if needed. Emergency restoration support is included when restoration falls within the active scope of service and can be reasonably performed using available backups and access.
NventSolution™ is not responsible for data loss caused by hosting provider failure, third-party platform issues, client-side changes, expired licenses, external systems, or issues outside the managed website environment.
Daily Security Monitoring
We monitor your website for common security concerns such as malware indicators, uptime interruptions, firewall alerts, suspicious login attempts, user activity concerns, plugin vulnerabilities, and other technical issues that may require attention.
If an issue is detected, NventSolution™ will document it in your private workboard, notify you when appropriate, and recommend or apply reasonable next-step action when appropriate.
Advanced incident response, forensic cleanup, legal review, enterprise cybersecurity services, or recovery from severe compromise may require a separate quote or outside specialist support.
Monthly Local SEO Refinement and Trend Monitoring
NVS Momentum℠ includes monthly Local SEO-aware refinement focused on improving the structure, search readiness, and visibility of existing website pages over time. This may include new keyword implementation, updates to headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, indexing controls, permalink structure, internal page structure, sitemap health, internal linking, page hierarchy, image handling, and other on-page SEO elements where appropriate.
This plan also includes tracking of organic traffic trends, direct traffic trends, search visibility patterns, indexing concerns, and page-level performance metrics for the managed website.
Light observation of paid search visibility trends may also be noted when relevant, but NVS Momentum℠ does not include ad campaign management.
This plan does not include backlink campaigns at scale, full competitor SEO strategy, reputation management, public relations strategy, or full-scale paid advertising management unless otherwise stated in writing. Analytics and Search Platform Oversight
During active service, NventSolution™ will configure, connect, monitor, and manage platforms such as Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, and will also apply basic assistance setting up tracking tags on the website, upon client’s request.
Direct client access is not required unless otherwise requested.
If service ends, NventSolution™ will discontinue active management of connected tracking platforms. Ownership, access, and transfer of applicable accounts will be handled during offboarding.
Monthly Performance, Design, and Structural Review
NventSolution™ reviews the website periodically on a month-to-month basis for performance, usability, and structural issues that may negatively affect visitors or search visibility. Such as reviewal of page speed factors, image compressions, script load concerns, indexing health, layout refinements, section cleanup, visual improvements, user experience adjustments, and structural SEO-related improvements that support the overall health and presentation of the site. This service is paired with our “Proactive Improvement Time” service below.
Client Request Capacity
Each month, NVS Momentum℠ generally includes up to one (1) standard content-based pages or up to six (6) section-level updates within a billing cycle.
Actual output depends on complexity, content readiness, approval timing, required functionality, third-party dependencies, website structure, timing of the request, and other ongoing monthly priorities.
This service is intended purely for client-review oversight, and covers reasonable update requests such as page creation, section additions, layout adjustments, content swaps, navigation adjustments, image updates, visual refinements, internal linking updates, SEO-aware content implementation, and updates to existing information when direction and/or content is provided.
This is meant to give businesses a way to add new ideas and important information to their website without having to pay a fee for design updates or DIY it themselves. This service’s quota (1 page / 6 section updates) does not rollover and is not meant to occupy the allotted time in “Proactive Improvement Time”.
Landing Page Support (Not Included)
NVS Momentum℠ is designed to support steady website improvements, standard page updates, and moderate growth over time. Dedicated landing page design work, especially when created for targeted campaigns, location-based expansion, or conversion-focused strategy, is not included under this plan. If your business reaches the stage where landing pages would be beneficial, that type of work is covered under NVS Vanguard℠, which is built to support more active growth and broader ongoing development.
Proactive Improvement Time
In addition to client-request capacity, NVS Momentum™ includes up to one (1) hour of allocated monthly time used by NventSolution™ to proactively improve the website without direct client oversight. This allows progress to continue even when no new requests are submitted.
Proactive work may include layout refinements, UX improvements, structural cleanup, performance-related adjustments, functional improvements, section changes, and page-level enhancement work based on current site needs and available monthly service capacity. If the client prefers full pre-approval before these types of adjustments are made, that request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by NventSolution™.
Visual Asset Support
NventSolution™ may utilize commercially licensed assets, client-provided media, custom graphics, and commercially permitted third-party visuals when appropriate for website improvements, landing page updates, branding consistency, SEO presentation, and ongoing design refinement.
Visual assets are sourced as part of active website management work and are not treated as a separate monthly allocation or rollover-based service.
Optional WooCommerce Store Management Add-On
Clients using WooCommerce may request a separate WooCommerce management add-on for their website’s ecommerce functionality This add-on covers limited WooCommerce-related support such as product edits, variation updates, sale adjustments, basic storefront review, and light checkout or store testing within monthly capacity.
Bulk product entry, advanced store customization, shipping or tax setup, third-party sales platform integrations, and large-scale catalog work are not included unless separately quoted.
To maintain website stability, usability, and presentation, NventSolution™ may make minor technical or visual adjustments without prior approval when reasonably necessary to:
These changes will not intentionally alter the brand’s core message, tone, or business identity. Work performed under this authority remains within the allotted time associated within “Proactive Improvement Time” service capacity and will be documented on the client’s private tracking board.

WooCommerce plugins may still be updated alongside normal plugin maintenance, but active store management is outside the standard scope of this plan unless the add-on is active.
Clients receive access to two (2) private tracking boards for real-time visibility into website work, updates, and monitoring activity. NVS Momentum℠ also includes a quarterly recap report summarizing key work completed and next focus, website activity, and notable SEO or traffic trends observed during the service period(s).
NVS Momentum℠ renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal™.

NVS Momentum℠ is designed to bring the core responsibilities of website ownership together under one provider. These responsibilities are often divided among multiple companies, including a web developer, maintenance provider, security service, SEO company, content provider, and advertising agency. Through Momentum, NventSolution™ coordinates the website’s ongoing management, protection, content updates, technical maintenance, and search visibility within the scope of the selected plan.
This centralized approach reduces the burden of managing several separate vendors and provides clients with one consistent point of contact for their website. When a request or business need falls outside the plan’s included scope, NventSolution™ will clearly explain the available options, associated costs, and recommended next steps before additional work begins.
By subscribing through the NVS Client Portal™, you acknowledge and agree to these terms upon service activation.
NVS Momentum is built for small businesses that want their website actively monitored, maintained, and improved over time, with ongoing support for SEO refinement and local search visibility.
Momentum includes standard content and design refinement requests within the monthly service allocation, such as text updates, image swaps, layout adjustments, small section improvements, basic page cleanup, and general website refinement.
