NVS Momentum is a capacity-based service, not a project-based engagement.
This means work is prioritized and completed based on available monthly allocation, site needs, and overall impact — rather than guaranteeing completion of all requested items within a single billing cycle.
Momentum is designed to deliver steady progress over time, protect site stability, and avoid rushed or fragmented changes.
NVS Momentum works best when your goal is to:
Keep your website secure, updated, and running smoothly
Make small layout, content, or visual adjustments over time
Maintain and refine on-page SEO month to month
Avoid managing technical issues, plugins, or updates yourself
Support steady, prioritized improvements rather than rapid or large-scale changes
Real-Time Work Log Access
You’ll have a private Miro board showing updates, scans, SEO adjustments, monitoring activity, and design work as it happens. This board provides transparency into what is being worked on, what has been completed, and what is being monitored during your active subscription. Some sections may appear as informational placeholders or upgrade previews, indicating areas monitored at your current plan level and actions available under higher-tier plans.
Daily Security Monitoring
We scan for malware, monitor uptime, and track firewall alerts to help ensure your website remains secure and online. If an issue is detected, we’ll notify you and recommend appropriate next steps.
Bi-Weekly Backups and Updates
Your website and its plugins/themes are backed up and updated regularly for security and stability. If an update causes an issue, we will investigate and resolve it within your plan’s scope.
Client-Initiated Updates and Changes
If third-party developers, vendors, or contractors are granted access to the website during an active Momentum subscription, NventSolution is not responsible for conflicts, regressions, or changes introduced outside of our management process. Any resulting issues may require additional time, a plan adjustment, or a separate quote.
Plugin and Theme Conflict Resolution
If a plugin or theme causes broken layouts, editing issues, or performance disruptions, we’ll troubleshoot and resolve conflicts within your included service time. Issues requiring extended development or significant reconstruction will be discussed with next-step options before proceeding.
Foundational SEO Setup
Meta titles, descriptions, sitemap configuration, and indexing controls are configured using Rank Math or your existing SEO plugin to establish a stable SEO foundation. This setup does not include keyword research, backlink strategies, or competitive SEO analysis.
Monthly Speed and Performance Review
We review caching behavior, images, scripts, and asset handling to help improve page load times and overall site performance across devices.
Sitemap Monitoring and Indexing Health
Your sitemap is checked monthly for availability and indexing status. If issues are detected, resubmission or light corrective action is performed when appropriate to support proper search engine indexing.
SEO Health Alerts
If pages become unindexed, visibility drops significantly, or technical SEO issues are detected, we’ll document the issue, notify you, and apply light corrective actions when possible.
Monthly On-Page SEO Configuration
Each month, we refine existing pages by adjusting headings, metadata, internal structure, and on-page signals based on best practices and observed performance. This service does not include new keyword discovery, expansion strategies, or backlink campaigns.
Keyword Visibility & Monitoring
Momentum includes visibility into existing keyword performance related to pages optimized during service. This tracking is used to observe trends and identify potential opportunities. Dedicated keyword research, competitive tracking, and growth-focused keyword implementation are available under NVS Vanguard.
Monthly Optimization Scans
Routine optimization scans are performed to identify performance, usability, or structural issues before they negatively impact visitors.
Design Time Included
Built-in monthly design time is included for minor adjustments and refinements, not for full page creation, multi-section builds, or rapid implementation of multiple requests. Design work is prioritized and scheduled based on available monthly capacity and is not intended for full page creation, large multi-section redesigns, or rapid implementation of multiple requests at once.
Pro Plugin Included
Premium performance tools (such as Perfmatters Pro) are installed and maintained under NventSolution-managed licenses while service is active. If service ends, licensed tools may be removed or disconnected and replaced with suitable free or client-owned alternatives when applicable.
Licensed Photos Included
Up to five (5) licensed images may be selected each month to support visual updates. Licensed images do not roll over and remain covered only during active service.
Important Note
NVS Momentum is designed for maintenance, monitoring, and incremental improvement. Requests involving multiple new pages, major redesigns, rapid site expansion, or strategy-heavy SEO work may require additional time, an upgraded plan, or a separate quote.
To maintain performance, usability, and appearance, NventSolution, LLC reserves the right to make minor technical or visual updates to the client’s website without prior approval if:
A plugin, widget, or embedded feature breaks or becomes incompatible with the current design
A layout, element, or section creates visual disruption or interferes with usability
An update is necessary to improve website load time, reduce bloat, or enhance responsiveness
These updates will never alter the brand’s intent, tone, or core content. Changes remain within the boundaries of the monthly service time allocation and will be documented on the client’s Miro Work Board.
If the client prefers full pre-approval before any such updates, a written request must be submitted to support@nventsolution.com and acknowledged by NventSolution, LLC.
NVS Momentum does not function as a full project or rapid-development service.
Some work falls outside of NVS Momentum’s scope but can be added as needed:
Keyword research or backlink campaigns
Major redesigns or multiple-section overhauls
Full marketing or content writing
Website migrations to other hosting platforms
Extensive redevelopment required due to unsupported or abandoned themes, plugins, or third-party integrations
For these types of projects, we recommend upgrading to NVS Vanguard or requesting a separate quote.
You’ll get a private Miro Work Board showing everything we’re doing for your site in real time. Updates, design tweaks, SEO improvements, and performance scans, all organized for full transparency.
Your access link arrives within 24–48 hours of signup. If it doesn’t or you can’t open it, email support@nventsolution.com.
Your plan renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal.
Payments are due on your renewal date.
If payment isn’t received within 3 days, services pause automatically until paid.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
No refunds are issued after the billing cycle begins, but your service stays active through the end of the month.

Momentum prioritizes reliability, optimization, and steady progress. If your needs evolve beyond what Momentum is designed to support, we’ll explain your options clearly before any changes are made. Our goal is alignment — not surprise upgrades or rushed decisions.
