1. Services Provided

Real-Time Work Log Access
Clients receive access to a private Miro board that shows current design tasks, plugin updates, performance scans, and SEO improvements. Updated throughout the month for full transparency.

  • Daily Security Monitoring
    Includes malware scanning, firewall monitoring, uptime tracking, and system alerts to help ensure your website remains online and secure. This is passive monitoring; if an issue is detected, we’ll notify you. Any required cleanup or active threat mitigation is billable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Weekly Website Backups
    Secure, off-site backups are stored in the cloud for disaster recovery purposes. Emergency restorations are included at no charge. General content rollbacks (such as undoing recent edits) are not covered under this service.

  • Weekly CMS Security Upgrades and Patches
    The WordPress core is updated regularly to maintain compatibility with plugins/themes and to ensure your site remains secure. Major version updates may require additional review if plugin or theme conflicts arise.

  • Weekly Plugin/Theme Updates and Patches
    All installed plugins and themes are updated regularly to maintain site performance, security, and compatibility. If an update causes a disruption, NventSolution will investigate and resolve it within the scope of your plan. Extensive issues, deprecated tools, or third-party conflicts may require additional billing.

  • Foundational SEO Setup
    Initial configuration of meta titles, descriptions, sitemap settings, and indexing controls using a supported SEO plugin (such as Rank Math). This setup does not include keyword research, backlinking, traffic analysis, or competitor strategies. Additional SEO work must be requested separately or may require a Website Management Plan.

  • Weekly Page Speed & Performance Optimization
    Routine reviews of site speed, caching, image compression, and asset handling are performed to improve overall load times and user experience. While optimizations are implemented regularly, NventSolution does not guarantee specific PageSpeed scores or testing benchmarks.

  • Weekday + Saturday Technical Support
    Support is available during business hours for technical questions, plugin issues, and general troubleshooting. Support does not include marketing consultation, copywriting, or creative direction. Priority response may apply based on your plan.

  • Sitemap Monitoring & Indexing Health
    We actively monitor your sitemap bi-weekly to ensure it stays accessible and successfully submitted to search engines. If issues like broken links, indexation drops, or submission errors are detected, we’ll resolve them directly or make the necessary technical adjustments to restore healthy visibility.

  • SEO Health Alerts
    As part of your plan, we don’t just notify—you get hands-on help. From crawl errors and indexation problems to visibility changes, we investigate and take action where needed. You’ll also receive insights and ongoing adjustments through your Miro board and monthly keyword refinement.

  • Bi-Weekly On-Page SEO Configuration
    Pages are checked and optimized monthly for improved visibility. Includes meta updates, heading structures, and keyword placement.

NVS Sentinel is a better fit for simple SEO needs without regular content improvement.

  • Weekly Website Optimization Scans
    Performance scans identify and resolve speed, bloat, and usability issues.

  • Utilization of Pro Plugin Licenses
    Includes Perfmatters (for speed optimization) and Rank Math SEO Pro (for advanced SEO management).
    NVS Sentinel includes Rank Math SEO Pro only.

  • Extended Hours for Design & Development
    More time each month is allocated toward layout adjustments, visual improvements, and user experience enhancements.

NVS Sentinel removes creative elements to focus on stability and technical support.

  • Monthly Keyword Research Support
    Time is allocated each month for keyword analysis and focus keyword review using SEO tools like Rank Math Pro.
    Not included in NVS Core or NVS Sentinel.

  • Report Access by Request
    Clients can request detailed Rank Math, SEO score, or performance/security reports as needed.

⚠️ Note
This plan gives you active maintenance, technical SEO support, performance tracking, and design flexibility—everything needed to keep your site sharp and optimized. That said, it’s not a marketing service. We don’t run SEO campaigns, manage paid traffic, or create promotional content. If that’s what you need, we’re happy to point you to trusted partners—but it’s not part of what we do here.

2. Excluded Services

  • Design changes beyond allotted time
    Any client-requested changes that exceed the allotted time for design within the standard management services—such as major design changes, multiple section content overhauls—will be billed at $50/hour. Time estimates will be provided before any additional work begins.
    Need something simpler? NVS Momentum includes essential design time and technical care at a lower rate.

  • Website Migration Assistance
    Website migration to another hosting provider is not included. Clients are responsible for handling their own migration or working with their new provider.

3. Complimentary Pro Plugin Services

Complimentary Pro Plugin Services
During the active status of this agreement, NventSolution, LLC offers the installation of the following pro plugins at no additional cost:

  • Rank Math SEO Pro – Advanced SEO optimization

  • Perfmatters – Enhances website speed by optimizing cache, JS, and CSS

If the client cancels this agreement, NventSolution will replace Perfmatters & Rank Math SEO Pro with either a free version (if available) or a suitable alternative. Pro plugin licenses are exclusively for the client’s website covered under this agreement and cannot be transferred to other platforms or projects.

These plugins are also included in NVS Sentinel and NVS Momentum to support performance and foundational SEO.

4. Accessing Your Website Management Plan Work Document

We’ve upgraded! Instead of old-school docs, we now use a Miro Work Board to track and show everything we’re doing for your website in real time.

No Microsoft account, no clunky tools—just a clean, visual board that gives you full transparency and peace of mind.

  1. How It Works:
    Once your plan kicks off, we’ll create your personalized Miro board and send you a private link. You’ll have access within 24–48 hours of signup.

  2. What You’ll See:
    Think of it like your own digital project hub. From design tweaks and plugin updates to SEO wins and performance scans, it’s all logged and organized in one easy-to-navigate space.

  3. Need Help?
    If your link doesn’t arrive within 48 hours or you’re having trouble opening it, reply to your support ticket or email us at support@nventsolution.com. We’ve got you.

5. Obtaining Google Analytics & SEO Overview Reports

Clients subscribed to the Standard Management Plan can request their Google Analytics and Rank Math SEO Overview reports upon request. These reports are not automatically generated to prevent confusion, as many clients may discard or not fully understand the data.

To request your reports, follow these steps:

Submit a Support Ticket:

  • Log in to your account through the NVS Client Portal.
  • Navigate to the Support section and create a new support ticket.
  • In the subject line, enter: “Request for Google Analytics & Rank Math SEO Report.”
  • In the body of the ticket, specify the desired time frame for the reports (e.g., last 30 days, last quarter).

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for us to compile and prepare your reports.

Report Delivery:

  • The reports will either be emailed to you directly or made available for download in the Support section of the portal once completed.

Additional Requests:

  • If you require further custom analysis or insights beyond the standard reports, these requests may be billed at an hourly rate. Details will be discussed upon receiving the request.

6. Terms of Service & Authorization

  • Service begins after acknowledgment via the NVS Client Portal.

  • NventSolution must be the exclusive provider of maintenance during the contract term.

  • Client authorizes NventSolution to access the website, server, control panel, database, and any other credentials necessary to perform maintenance services.

  • If a third party makes changes or gains access during the active term of this agreement, resulting issues will be resolved at the client’s expense per Section 2.

7. Conflicts from Updates or Third-Party Software

NventSolution is not liable for issues caused by deprecated plugins, outdated themes, or unsupported third-party tools. We will attempt resolution within the boundaries of the current plan. If extensive rework is needed, it will be quoted at our development rate.

8. Hosting Liability Disclaimer

Clients not hosted with NventSolution agree that we are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or site errors caused by their hosting provider. Troubleshooting hosting issues will be billed at $50/hour.

9. Payments & Non-Payment

  • All billing and recurring invoices are processed exclusively through the NVS Client Portal. Payment is due on the date listed in your client portal dashboard.

  • If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, your services will be automatically suspended. No maintenance tasks, security scans, or technical support will be performed during this time.

  • If payment is not received within 14 days, services will be permanently discontinued, and all associated access credentials will be revoked.

  • Reactivation after suspension or discontinuation will require:

    • Full payment of the outstanding balance

    • A $75 reactivation fee

    • Review of website condition before resuming service (billed hourly if remediation is required)

Missed payments are not excused due to email delivery failure, client travel, or account changes. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain active billing credentials in the NVS Client Portal.

10. Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations must be submitted via a Billing Support Request no less than 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Clients cancelling within the correct window will receive a pro-rated refund.

  • Late cancellation results in no refund, but services will remain active until the end of the cycle.

11. Maintenance Request Handling & Response Times

  • Routine maintenance tasks (e.g., updates, scans, backups) are scheduled bi-weekly.

  • Client-submitted technical support requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours on business days.

  • Most non-urgent issues are resolved within 2–4 business days depending on queue and complexity.

  • Requests submitted after 4:30 PM MST may be addressed on the following business day.

  • Urgent requests outside standard hours may be subject to emergency billing.

12. Legal, Arbitration & Liability

  • Each party is responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise determined by arbitration.

  • Disputes will be settled under Arizona law via binding arbitration.

  • NventSolution is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or speculative loss.

13. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their website and any content provided by them.

  • NventSolution retains rights to proprietary configurations, admin tools, or internal frameworks unless specifically transferred.

14. Attribution Credit

A small credit will be included in the website footer:

Clients may request removal in writing. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

15. Security & Data Disclaimer

We follow best practices, but are not responsible for:

  • Client-side vulnerabilities or insecure user behavior

  • Hosting-related security failures

  • Malware introduced via third-party tools or external logins

16. Use of Licensed Images

NventSolution, LLC uses licensed images from Depositphotos under an active license agreement. This license permits NventSolution, LLC to use and display these images on the websites we design, develop, or maintain for our clients. These images may be used for various website content, including banners, sliders, blog posts, and other visual elements.

The client acknowledges that these images are provided under a third-party license and that NventSolution, LLC has obtained the necessary rights to use these images on behalf of the client. The client will retain the rights to these images for the duration of the service agreement.

If the agreement between NventSolution, LLC and Depositphotos is terminated or expires, the client will continue to retain the rights to use the images on their website as permitted by the original license. NventSolution, LLC will not be responsible for replacing images or managing licenses beyond the term of this agreement.

17. Autonomy for Technical & Visual Adjustments

To maintain performance, usability, and appearance, NventSolution, LLC reserves the right to make minor technical or visual updates to the client’s website without prior approval if:

  • A plugin, widget, or embedded feature breaks or becomes incompatible with the current design

  • A layout, element, or section creates visual disruption or interferes with usability

  • An update is necessary to improve website load time, reduce bloat, or enhance responsiveness

These updates will never alter the brand’s intent, tone, or core content. Changes remain within the boundaries of the monthly service time allocation and will be documented on the client’s Miro Work Board.

If the client prefers full pre-approval before any such updates, a written request must be submitted to support@nventsolution.com and acknowledged by NventSolution, LLC.

Confirmation

  • By selecting the checkbox at checkout, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this service agreement.
