NVS Vanguard™ is a structured monthly website management service designed for businesses that need a more active level of support than NVS Momentum™. It is not a rapid-development or unlimited-request plan.
Each month, work is prioritized based on your website’s needs, submitted requests, and the scope of the plan. This allows NventSolution™ to provide more frequent oversight, stronger ongoing refinement, and broader monthly progress while protecting website stability and overall quality.

Work Tracking and Monthly Reporting
NVS Vanguard™ includes private work tracking during your active service, along with a monthly recap report summarizing key work completed, website activity, and notable SEO or traffic trends observed during the service period.
Weekly Website Maintenance, Updates, and Stability
NVS Vanguard™ includes weekly website maintenance to help keep your site stable, secure, and properly functioning. This includes plugin and theme updates, routine monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting of normal update-related issues when they fall within plan scope.
If a plugin or theme causes broken layouts, editing issues, vulnerabilities, or performance problems, NventSolution™ will investigate and apply reasonable corrective action within available service capacity. Extensive redevelopment, unsupported third-party tools, or larger technical issues may require a separate quote, plan adjustment, or approved billable work.
Weekly Backups and Restore Protection
Your website is backed up regularly, with backup copies also stored offsite in secured NVS-managed storage to support restoration if needed. Emergency restoration support is included when restoration falls within the active scope of service.
Daily Security Monitoring
We monitor your website for common security concerns such as malware indicators, uptime interruptions, firewall alerts, suspicious login attempts, and user activity that may suggest your site needs attention. If an issue is detected, we will document it, notify you, and recommend or apply reasonable next-step action when appropriate.
Bi-Weekly Local SEO Refinement and Trend Monitoring
NVS Vanguard™ includes bi-weekly local SEO refinement focused on improving the structure, search readiness, and visibility of your existing website pages over time. This may include updates to headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, indexing controls, permalink structure, internal page structure, sitemap health, and other on-page SEO elements where appropriate.
This plan also includes tracking of organic SEO traffic trends and general search visibility patterns tied to pages being managed during service. Light observation of paid search visibility trends may also be noted when relevant, but NVS Vanguard™ does not include ad campaign management.
This plan does not include backlink campaigns at scale, full competitor SEO strategy, or full-scale paid advertising management unless otherwise stated in writing.
Analytics and Search Platform Oversight
During active service, NventSolution™ may configure, connect, and manage platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console on the client’s behalf to support tracking, reporting, and optimization. Direct client access is not required unless otherwise requested.
If service ends, NventSolution™ may discontinue active management of connected tracking platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bi-Weekly Performance, Design, and Structural Review
NventSolution™ reviews the website regularly for performance, usability, and structural issues that may negatively affect visitors or search visibility. This may include review of page speed factors, image handling, script load concerns, indexing health, layout refinements, section cleanup, visual improvements, user experience adjustments, and structural SEO-related improvements that support the overall health and presentation of the site.
Expanded Client Request Capacity
Each month, NVS Vanguard™ generally includes up to two (2) standard content-based pages or up to twelve (12) section-level updates within a billing cycle.
Actual output depends on complexity, content readiness, required functionality, timing of the request, and other ongoing monthly priorities. This request capacity is intended for broader website growth and reasonable update requests such as page creation, section additions, layout adjustments, content swaps, and visual refinements. More advanced functionality, development-heavy requests, strategy-heavy work, or higher-complexity features may require additional time, a separate quote, or a plan adjustment.
Landing Page Support
NVS Vanguard™ may include dedicated landing page design within available monthly service capacity when it supports the client’s broader website growth, local visibility, or campaign direction. This makes Vanguard a stronger fit for businesses that need more targeted page expansion, conversion-focused layouts, or location/service-based landing page development over time.
Proactive Improvement Time
In addition to client-requested work, NVS Vanguard™ includes ongoing monthly time used by NventSolution™ to proactively improve the website. This allows progress to continue even when no new requests are submitted.
Proactive work may include layout refinements, UX improvements, structural cleanup, performance-related adjustments, functional improvements, section changes, and page-level enhancement work based on current site needs and available monthly service capacity.
Licensed Images
Up to five (5) licensed images may be selected each month to support visual improvements. Unused images may roll over while the subscription remains active.
Optional WooCommerce Store Management Add-On
Clients using WooCommerce may request a separate WooCommerce management add-on for $149/month. This add-on covers limited WooCommerce-related support such as product edits, variation updates, sale adjustments, basic storefront review, and light checkout or store testing within monthly capacity.
Bulk product entry, advanced store customization, shipping or tax setup, third-party sales platform integrations, and large-scale catalog work are not included unless separately quoted.
To maintain website stability, usability, and presentation, NventSolution™ may make minor technical or visual adjustments without prior approval when reasonably necessary to:
These changes will not intentionally alter the brand’s core message, tone, or business identity. Work performed under this authority remains within monthly service capacity and will be documented on the client’s private tracking board.
If the client prefers full pre-approval before these types of adjustments are made, that request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by NventSolution™.
NVS Vanguard™ is not an unlimited development or full project service.
The following are not included unless otherwise stated in writing:
WooCommerce may still be updated alongside normal plugin maintenance, but active store management is outside the standard scope of this plan unless the add-on is active.
NventSolution™ may provide light campaign wording suggestions, website readiness feedback for ads, and general observation of paid search visibility trends through connected tools when relevant. Ongoing ad management, bid strategy, search term review, budget management, and conversion optimization are not included unless covered under a separate agreement.
Clients receive access to a private tracking board for real-time visibility into website work, updates, and monitoring activity. NVS Vanguard™ also includes a monthly recap report summarizing key work completed, website activity, and notable SEO or traffic trends observed during the service period.
NVS Vanguard™ renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal™.
