What This Add-On Covers

When active, the WooCommerce Add-On may include reasonable monthly support for the following:

  • Basic product setup within an existing WooCommerce setup
  • Product description updates within WooCommerce
  • Booking-related updates, including Booking Availability, Booking Costs, Booking Participants, and Booking Resources
  • Gift certificate setup, edits, or reconfiguration
  • Basic cart and checkout field setup or reconfiguration
  • Store-related configuration updates directly within WooCommerce
  • Discovery and possible implementation of lightweight WooCommerce extensions, subject to compatibility, scope, and service-time availability
  • Minor troubleshooting related to WooCommerce settings, installed extensions, or standard functionality

Clients are responsible for purchasing their own WooCommerce extensions, plugin licenses, and third-party tools. If needed, NventSolution may assist with setup, account access, or purchase guidance with client approval. Any third-party extension or software recommendation remains subject to compatibility, vendor limitations, and the client’s separate purchase and licensing responsibility.

Anything outside of this included scope will need to be assessed and approved by NventSolution before work is performed. More advanced requests may require a separate quote, additional billing, or a different service structure depending on complexity.

Service Structure

This add-on is capacity-based, not unlimited.

Work is completed based on reasonable monthly usage, site needs, request complexity, content readiness, and overall active service priorities. Activation of this add-on does not guarantee immediate completion of all WooCommerce-related requests within the same billing cycle.

Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid access to connected payment processors and third-party store accounts
  • Providing accurate pricing, product details, and update instructions
  • Reviewing store changes when requested
  • Notifying NventSolution of any direct client-side WooCommerce changes that may affect front-facing pricing or product consistency

Plan Dependency

The WooCommerce Add-On is only available to clients with an active NVS Momentum or NVS Vanguard service plan unless otherwise approved by NventSolution.

If the underlying Momentum or Vanguard service is cancelled, suspended, or becomes inactive, this add-on may also be suspended or cancelled.

Billing and Cancellation

This add-on is billed monthly as a recurring service and is intended to renew alongside the client’s active website management service when applicable. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next renewal date in accordance with NventSolution’s active billing and service policies. Partial months are not prorated unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Responsibility

NventSolution is not responsible for lost sales, checkout interruptions, plugin failures, third-party extension issues, or store errors caused by outside platforms, client-made changes, unsupported software, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Agreement

By purchasing or using the WooCommerce Add-On, the client acknowledges and agrees to the scope, limitations, and structure outlined above.
