This plan is not a full website growth plan, SEO campaign, redesign plan, or unlimited update service.

Bi-Weekly Website Maintenance
NVS Origin™ includes bi-weekly maintenance to help keep your website stable, updated, and functioning properly.
This includes:
If an update causes a layout issue, plugin conflict, or website disruption, NventSolution™ will investigate and apply reasonable corrective action when the issue falls within this plan’s scope.
Larger issues, abandoned plugins, unsupported third-party tools, advanced troubleshooting, or redevelopment work may require discounted hourly support, a separate quote, or a plan upgrade.
Bi-Weekly Backups
Your website will be backed up on a recurring basis to support emergency restoration if needed.
Backup support is intended for update-related issues, website errors, or unexpected technical problems.
General content rollbacks, design reversions, or client-requested restoration to a previous version may require additional billable time.
Basic Security Monitoring
NVS Origin™ includes basic security monitoring for common website concerns such as:
If an issue is found, NventSolution™ will document the concern and recommend the next reasonable step.
Advanced malware cleanup, hacked-site repair, server-level remediation, or major security recovery is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Contact Form Security Improvements
NVS Origin™ includes basic contact form security improvements to help reduce spam and low-quality submissions.
This may include:
This does not guarantee that all spam will be eliminated. Contact form spam can still occur on public websites.
Advanced forms, conditional logic, CRM integrations, payment forms, booking forms, or complex form builds are not included unless separately quoted.
Website Migration Assistance
NVS Origin™ includes limited website migration assistance when moving a WordPress website into NventSolution-managed hosting or another approved hosting environment.
This may include basic migration preparation, backup review, file/database transfer support, DNS guidance, and post-migration website checks.
Complex migrations, email migrations, domain ownership disputes, damaged websites, multisite conversions, large file cleanup, broken hosting environments, or migrations requiring extensive troubleshooting may require additional billing.
Some services fall outside this plan but can be added as one-time or hourly work:

NVS Origin™ is only available for websites with 1–2 pages.
If the website grows beyond this size or begins requiring SEO work, landing pages, frequent updates, ongoing design improvements, or more active support, NventSolution™ may recommend moving to NVS Momentum™ or NVS Vanguard™.
NVS Origin™ does not include:
Small design, support, or update requests may still be available at the discounted active-client rate of $75/hour.
NVS Origin™ includes access to a private maintenance tracking board for visibility into routine maintenance, updates, backups, security notes, contact form checks, and support activity related to this plan.
This tracking board is provided for service visibility only and does not include the same reporting depth, SEO tracking, strategic review, or monthly recap reporting included with higher-level management plans.
NventSolution™ may provide service notes or summaries when appropriate, but full monthly reporting is not included under this plan.
To maintain website stability and basic functionality, NventSolution™ may make minor technical adjustments without prior approval when reasonably necessary.
This may include:
These adjustments will not intentionally alter the brand’s core message, business identity, or major website design direction.
If the client prefers full approval before any adjustment is made, that request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by NventSolution™.
All payments are handled through the NVS Client Portal.
Payment is due on the listed renewal date.
If payment isn’t received within 3 days, maintenance temporarily pauses until your account is current.
After 14 days, the plan is cancelled automatically. Reactivation may require:
Payment of your balance
A $75 reactivation fee
A quick site review (billed hourly if new issues are found)
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the NVS Client Portal™ at least seven days before the next billing date.
If cancellation is submitted at least seven days before renewal, the next billing cycle will not be charged.
If cancellation is submitted less than seven days before renewal, the upcoming billing cycle may still process, and service will remain active through the end of the paid term.
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.
A small footer credit may be placed on the website:

Clients may request removal in writing. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
NVS Origin™ is designed to give smaller websites a reliable foundation of maintenance, protection, and basic support without requiring a larger management plan.
If your website needs grow beyond this plan, NventSolution™ will explain the available options clearly before recommending a move to NVS Momentum™ or NVS Vanguard™.
By subscribing through the NVS Client Portal™, you acknowledge and agree to these terms upon service activation.
