1. Services Provided

  • Custom website design (up to 7 core pages)
    Built to match your industry’s design standards and your brand’s current online presence.
    Includes up to 7 core pages (example: Home, About, Services, Gallery, Booking, FAQ, Contact).
    Core page note: “Core pages” refers to standard WordPress content pages. System-generated pages created by third-party tools (ex: booking platform steps/pages) do not count toward the 7-page total.
    eCommerce note: eCommerce pages (Shop, Product, Cart, Checkout) are not included in the 7-page scope. If you need eCommerce functionality and product-related pages, please review our NVS Elite Build option.

  • Mobile-responsive design
    Tested on mobile and desktop/laptop for layout, spacing, and usability.

  • Core site features & section buildout
    Includes: 1 gallery, 1 contact form, and social links (if applicable).

  • Standard page enhancements
    Includes: basic motion effects, 1 FAQ block (up to 3 questions), and a testimonials section (if applicable).
    If Google Reviews are available, we can display them using Trustindex. Display depends on availability/connection settings; review count and layout may change if the source platform changes.

  • Booking / appointment scheduling integration (Vanguard exclusive)
    Setup and integration of a supported booking platform (example: Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments, or similar).
    Includes: embedding/integration, booking page/section setup (within the 7-page scope), basic routing/confirmation flow (as supported by the platform), and clean mobile usability.

  • Foundational SEO setup (Rank Math)
    Includes (where applicable): sitemap settings, basic schema structure, Local SEO settings, redirect management setup, 404 monitoring setup, SEO Analyzer baseline configuration, and indexing support settings (including Instant Indexing when supported by your setup).
    Important: Not ongoing SEO strategy, in-depth keyword research, backlinking, competitor strategy, or guaranteed rankings.

  • Content integration
    We implement your provided text, logos, images, and videos. If content is missing or delayed, placeholders may be used to keep the project moving. Final accuracy and completeness depend on the content you provide.

  • Licensed stock photos (up to 15 images)
    Up to 15 may be included through our Depositphotos license for use inside your website.
    License limitation: Stock photos are licensed for website implementation only under our coverage and do not transfer for external marketing use (social media graphics, print, ads, branding assets, etc.). If you want to reuse any stock photo outside the website, you must purchase your own license directly through Depositphotos (or another licensing provider).

  • Temporary “Coming Soon” landing page (if needed)
    A simple one-page placeholder during development with your logo/contact info and optional basic inquiry collection.

  • Reviews & revisions
    After each page delivery, you have 3 business days to submit feedback.
    Includes up to 2 revision rounds per page within that 3-day window.
    If feedback is not received within the review window, the page may be considered approved to ensure the project continues on schedule.
    This review window applies to page approvals after delivery, not initial content collection.

  • Post-launch care (1 month included: NVS Momentum Care)
    After launch, we include 1 month of NVS Momentum Care to help your website start strong with updates/patching, backups, and security monitoring.
    This is included because websites require early stability and ongoing improvement after launch, not a “launch and forget” approach.

2. Post-Launch Management (Momentum)

The NVS Vanguard Build includes 1 full month of NVS Momentum Website Management beginning on the official launch date. This is already covered in your design fee — no separate payment is due during this time.

After the included month ends, Momentum will begin billing automatically so your website continues to receive maintenance, security protection, along with Design improvements, SEO retuning, and performance optimization without interruption.

To avoid automatic renewal, simply submit a cancellation request via support ticket or email at least 7 days before the renewal date shown in your Client Portal.

During the included month, the site is considered active and maintained under the following NVS Momentum benefits:

  • Daily security monitoring

  • Bi-Weekly Backups

  • Bi-Weekly Plugin/theme updates and patches

  • Monthly SEO Scans and On-Page SEO optimization

  • Page speed optimization via Perfmatters

  • Access to real-time task reporting board (Accessed via Mobile App or Dekstop browser/app)

  • 5 licensed stock photos per month (rollover not supported)

  • Minor design improvements and content changes

  • Automatic Renewal Protection — We’ll send a friendly reminder before your included month ends so you’re fully aware of—and approve—your ongoing management before recurring billing begins.

3. Available Add-Ons

  • Extra pages: $125/page

  • Rush service: +20% of project cost

Add-ons should be confirmed before project start; mid-project requests will be quoted separately and may affect timelines.

4. Payment & Timeline

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. Payment confirms agreement to these terms and timelines.

Once payment is received and checkout is completed in the Client Portal, you authorize NventSolution to begin and complete all required design work and integrations outlined in this agreement.

Work starts within 1 business day of payment. (This ensures we receive any login credentials and also tailor our questionaire to your needs)

Typical completion: ~3-4 weeks (timing depends on client responsiveness and content delivery). – this technically follows are autonamy 

If content or feedback is delayed:

  • Requested materials (text, logos, photos, approvals, or feedback) should be provided within 3 business days of our request.

  • To keep the project moving, if requested content is not received within 5 business days, we may proceed using placeholders and continue the build so page delivery and review can stay on schedule.

  • Any missing or delayed content may be implemented after launch during the included 1-month NVS Momentum period, within the plan’s normal scope and monthly allocation.

  • If delayed content requires rework beyond the included revision rounds or requires rebuilding completed sections, those changes may be quoted separately.

Delays on your side (content/feedback) may extend the timeline without affecting payment terms.

5. What’s Not Included (for clarity)

To avoid confusion, the following items are not included in this package:

  • Advanced SEO Services
    This includes (but is not limited to): in-depth keyword research, backlinking setup, advanced or expanded local schema strategy, competitor SEO strategy, and ongoing SEO campaigns beyond the foundational setup.

  • eCommerce Page Design
    Design and configuration of eCommerce-related pages such as Shop/Product, Cart, and Checkout pages are not included in this package.
    Note: eCommerce builds and product page structures can be handled under the NVS Elite Build.

6. Ownership

  • Built directly on your domain (no templates). We do not sell pre-made templates. Your website is custom-built directly on your domain while maintaining clean navigation and a professional public experience during development.

  • Safe development process. We take steps to avoid broken live pages, unfinished pages being publicly accessible, or accidental indexing of in-progress content.

  • Your website is yours. Since this project is prepaid, you retain ownership of your website and its final design upon launch and final delivery.

  • Portfolio use. We may showcase the completed website in our portfolio and marketing unless you request an opt-out in writing before launch.

  • Stock photo licensing. Any stock photos provided through our license are approved for use on your website only and do not transfer for external marketing use.

7. Refund Policy

Website projects are custom and production time is reserved immediately after checkout, so refunds are limited.

  • Within 24 hours of payment (only if no production work has started): refund minus a 25% administrative/processing fee

  • Once production work has started: no refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket in the NVS Client Portal

Production work is considered started once we begin hands-on work, including site setup/configuration, theme/plugin configuration, page layout/design, SEO setup, content integration, or integrations.

Refunds are not based on project timeline, client responsiveness, or preference—only on the criteria listed above.

8. Attribution

A small ‘Proudly Designed by NventSolution’ credit may appear in the footer. Removal requests must be made in writing and approved before launch. Requests after launch may incur a service fee.
