We handle the behind-the-scenes work to keep you found online so you can stay focused on running your business.
Daily Security Monitoring
We monitor your website for malware, firewall alerts, and uptime issues. If something unusual happens, we’ll notify you right away.
Note: Cleanup or active malware removal isn’t included but can be requested separately.
Weekly Website Backups
We create secure, off-site backups for disaster recovery. Emergency restorations are included at no charge.
(General content rollbacks, such as undoing recent edits, aren’t part of this service.)
Weekly Core & Plugin Updates
We update WordPress, plugins, and themes weekly to maintain security and performance.
If a plugin update causes a problem, we’ll fix it within your plan’s scope. More extensive issues may require hourly billing.
Foundational SEO Setup (Pro Plugin Enhanced)
We configure your core SEO settings — titles, descriptions, and sitemap setup — using Rank Math Pro.
Ongoing keyword work, backlinking, and analytics tracking are not included in this plan.
Bi-Weekly Performance Checks
We review and fine-tune caching, image compression, and site speed. While we aim for top performance, specific PageSpeed scores can’t be guaranteed.
Sitemap & Indexing Health Checks
We verify that your sitemap is properly submitted and indexed each month. If we spot an issue (like deindexed pages or submission errors), we’ll notify you with clear next steps.
SEO Health Alerts
We track your site’s general visibility and indexing. If we notice drops or crawl issues, we’ll alert you and explain how to fix or request assistance.
Rank Math SEO Pro License
You receive access to our Rank Math SEO Pro license while on this plan. If your plan ends or is downgraded, the license will be removed.
Support
Available Monday through Saturday for technical questions, plugin issues, or troubleshooting.

Out-of-scope examples include:

Hosting/domain troubleshooting (unless hosted with NventSolution)
If you find yourself needing frequent changes or growth-focused work, upgrading to NVS Momentum or NVS Vanguard is often more cost-effective than hourly work.
All payments are handled through the NVS Client Portal.
Payment is due on the listed renewal date.
If payment isn’t received within 3 days, maintenance temporarily pauses until your account is current.
After 14 days, the plan is cancelled automatically. Reactivation may require:
Payment of your balance
A $75 reactivation fee
A quick site review (billed hourly if issues are found)
Cancellations:
Cancel anytime through your Client Portal at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Early cancellations are prorated. Late cancellations simply run through the end of your paid month.
Footer Credit
Most clients display a small “Proudly Managed by NventSolution” credit in the website footer.
You can request removal at any time; we just ask that you provide written notice before launch or renewal.
Hosting
If your website is hosted outside of NventSolution, hosting-related issues (downtime, server errors, etc.) are not included under this plan.
Plugin Licenses
Your plan includes Rank Math SEO Pro. If your plan ends, it will be replaced with the free version or a comparable alternative.

Suppose you ever want to go beyond security and maintenance into growth, SEO improvements, or visual updates. In that case, our management plans (NVS Momentum and NVS Vanguard) include dedicated design and SEO hours each month.
