NVS Sentinel™ focuses on website maintenance, security monitoring, backups, performance checks, SEO readiness, and general site stability.
This plan is designed for business owners who want hands-off peace of mind without needing ongoing design work, SEO implementation, content updates, or full website growth management.
NVS Sentinel™ is not a redesign plan, SEO campaign, content management plan, or unlimited support plan.
Daily Security Monitoring
NventSolution™ monitors your website for common security concerns, including suspicious login activity, malware indicators, firewall alerts, and uptime interruptions.
If unusual activity is detected, NventSolution™ will review the issue, document the concern, and take reasonable next-step action within the scope of this plan.
Advanced malware cleanup, hacked-site repair, or server-level remediation is not included unless separately agreed in writing. Clients hosted under NVS Bloom™ may have separate malware cleanup coverage depending on their hosting plan.
Weekly Website Backups and Off-Site Storage
NventSolution™ initializes, monitors, and maintains recurring website backups. Backup copies may also be stored off-site in secured NVS-managed storage for disaster recovery purposes.
Emergency restorations are included at no charge when restoration is needed due to update-related issues, website errors, or unexpected technical problems within the scope of service.
General content rollbacks, design reversions, or client-requested restoration to a previous version are not included and may require additional billable time.
Weekly Core, Plugin, and Theme Updates
NventSolution™ reviews and applies WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates to help maintain website security, compatibility, and proper function.
If an update causes a plugin conflict, layout issue, or website disruption, NventSolution™ will investigate and apply reasonable corrective action when the issue falls within plan scope.
Extensive issues caused by abandoned plugins, unsupported third-party tools, custom code, outdated themes, or paid plugin conflicts may require additional billing, replacement recommendations, or a separate quote.
Private Maintenance Tracking Board
NVS Sentinel™ includes access to a private maintenance tracking board for visibility into routine maintenance, updates, backups, security notes, performance checks, and support activity related to this plan.
This tracking board is provided for maintenance visibility only and does not include SEO strategy, design planning, growth recommendations, or the same reporting depth included with NVS Momentum™ or NVS Vanguard™.
Foundational SEO Setup
NVS Sentinel™ includes foundational SEO setup using supported SEO tools, such as Rank Math SEO Pro when available under NventSolution’s active licensing.
This may include basic configuration of:
Rank Math free may remain installed to help preserve basic SEO settings if service ends and the Pro license is removed.
This plan does not include ongoing keyword research, backlink building, full on-page SEO management, competitor SEO strategy, or monthly SEO implementation.
Bi-Weekly Website Performance Checks
NventSolution™ reviews basic performance-related items to help keep the website running smoothly.
This may include:
Specific PageSpeed scores, Core Web Vitals results, or speed testing benchmarks are not guaranteed.
Sitemap and Indexing Monitoring
NventSolution™ monitors basic sitemap health and indexing readiness to help ensure your website remains properly submitted and accessible to search engines.
If a basic sitemap or submission issue is found, NventSolution™ may attempt reasonable corrective action within plan scope.
Deeper Google Search Console errors, crawl issues, indexing flags, manual actions, structured data issues, ranking problems, or SEO recovery work are not included under this plan and may require hourly billing, a separate quote, or a management plan.
Website Migration Assistance
NVS Sentinel™ includes limited website migration assistance when moving a WordPress website into NventSolution-managed hosting or another approved hosting environment.
This may include basic migration preparation, backup review, file/database transfer support, DNS guidance, and post-migration website checks.
Complex migrations, email migrations, domain ownership disputes, damaged websites, multisite conversions, large file cleanup, broken hosting environments, or migrations requiring extensive troubleshooting may require additional billing.
Support
Support is available Monday through Saturday for technical questions, plugin issues, maintenance concerns, and troubleshooting related to this plan.
Support does not include ongoing design edits, content updates, SEO campaigns, marketing strategy, or non-website business support.
This plan includes access to NventSolution-managed plugin licensing for Rank Math SEO Pro.
If the plan ends, is cancelled, or is downgraded, NventSolution-managed plugin licenses may be removed and replaced with the free version or a comparable alternative when appropriate.
NVS Sentinel™ does not include:
If frequent design changes, growth-focused work, SEO improvements, or content updates are needed, upgrading to NVS Momentum™ or NVS Vanguard™ may be more cost-effective than hourly work.

For work not listed here, clients may contact support@nventsolution.com for review.
To maintain website stability and basic functionality, NventSolution™ may make minor technical adjustments without prior approval when reasonably necessary.
This may include:
These adjustments will not intentionally alter the brand’s core message, business identity, or major website design direction.
If the client prefers full approval before any adjustment is made, that request must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by NventSolution™.
All payments are handled through the NVS Client Portal.
Payment is due on the listed renewal date.
If payment isn’t received within 3 days, maintenance temporarily pauses until your account is current.
After 14 days, the plan is cancelled automatically. Reactivation may require:
Payment of your balance
A $75 reactivation fee
A quick site review (billed hourly if new issues are found)
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the NVS Client Portal™ at least seven days before the next billing date.
If cancellation is submitted at least seven days before renewal, the next billing cycle will not be charged.
If cancellation is submitted less than seven days before renewal, the upcoming billing cycle may still process, and service will remain active through the end of the paid term.
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.

Clients may request removal in writing.
NVS Sentinel™ is designed for businesses that want stronger website maintenance, security monitoring, backups, performance checks, migration support, and basic SEO readiness without moving into a full website management plan.
If your website needs grow beyond maintenance and stability support, NventSolution™ will explain your options clearly before recommending NVS Momentum™ or NVS Vanguard™.
By subscribing through the NVS Client Portal™, you acknowledge and agree to these terms upon service activation.
