Daily Security Monitoring
Includes malware scanning, firewall monitoring, uptime tracking, and system alerts to help ensure your website remains online and secure. This is passive monitoring; if an issue is detected, we’ll notify you. Any required cleanup or active threat mitigation is billable unless otherwise agreed.
Weekly Website Backups
Secure, off-site backups are stored in the cloud for disaster recovery purposes. Emergency restorations are included at no charge. General content rollbacks (such as undoing recent edits) are not covered under this service.
Weekly CMS Security Upgrades and Patches
The WordPress core is updated regularly to maintain compatibility with plugins/themes and to ensure your site remains secure. Major version updates may require additional review if plugin or theme conflicts arise.
Weekly Plugin/Theme Updates and Patches
All installed plugins and themes are updated regularly to maintain site performance, security, and compatibility. If an update causes a disruption, NventSolution will investigate and resolve it within the scope of your plan. Extensive issues, deprecated tools, or third-party conflicts may require additional billing.
Foundational SEO Setup (Pro Plugin Enhanced)
Initial configuration of meta titles, descriptions, sitemap settings, and indexing controls using a supported SEO plugin (such as Rank Math). This setup does not include keyword research, backlinking, traffic analysis, or competitor strategies. Additional SEO work must be requested separately or may require a Website Management Plan.
Bi-Weekly Page Speed & Performance Optimization
Routine reviews of site speed, caching, image compression, and asset handling are performed to improve overall load times and user experience. While optimizations are implemented regularly, NventSolution does not guarantee specific PageSpeed scores or testing benchmarks.
Weekday + Saturday Technical Support
Support is available during business hours for technical questions, plugin issues, and general troubleshooting. Support does not include marketing consultation, copywriting, or creative direction. Priority response may apply based on your plan.

We do not offer growth marketing or paid traffic services under any plan.

The following services are explicitly not included and must be quoted separately or covered under an upgraded plan:
Resolving search engine issues (crawl errors, indexation problems, GSC technical flags)
Ongoing or advanced SEO work (e.g., keyword research, performance analytics, backlink outreach)
Speed optimization requests outside of normal monthly reviews
Analytics setup (Google Analytics, tracking pixels, event tagging)
Page layout changes, text or image content updates, or reformatting requests
Blog or ecommerce setup, product configuration, or post creation
Hosting/domain troubleshooting unless hosted by NventSolution
Need advanced SEO, content help, or full visibility management? These are core features in NVS Momentum and NVS Vanguard, which build on what Sentinel protects.
Attempting to request these services under this plan may result in a pause of work until the proper plan or scope is authorized.
Out-of-scope work is billed at the following rates:
Design & Development: $50/hour
Advanced On-Page SEO: $75/hour
Keyword Research: $50/hour
Plugin Integration or Reconfiguration: $75/hour
Major CMS Work or Migrations: $75/hour
Content Formatting or Rewrites: $50/hour
Emergency Fixes (Off-hours): $100/hour
All off-plan services are subject to availability and must be pre-approved. Emergency rates apply for work outside of normal business hours.
If you find yourself needing frequent updates or fixes, upgrading to a Website Management Plan could save more long-term than ongoing hourly work.
If you need occasional tech support but don’t require the SEO alerts and tools included in this plan, NVS Core might be a more cost-effective fit.
Clients under this agreement have access to:
Rank Math SEO Pro for one website.
License access is revoked immediately upon cancellation or downgrade.
NventSolution will replace Pro plugins with free or comparable alternatives when removed.
Services begin once the client accepts this agreement through the NVS Client Portal.
Client authorizes NventSolution to access all necessary systems (hosting, FTP, WordPress admin) to perform work.
NventSolution must be the sole maintenance provider during the agreement term.
If another party accesses or modifies the website during this term, resulting issues will be resolved at the client’s expense (see Section 3).
NventSolution is not liable for issues caused by deprecated plugins, outdated themes, or unsupported third-party tools. We will attempt resolution within the boundaries of the current plan. If extensive rework is needed, it will be quoted at our development rate.
NventSolution is not responsible for errors, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party hosting platforms. Hosting-related support is billable unless the client is hosted with NventSolution.
All billing and recurring invoices are processed exclusively through the NVS Client Portal. Payment is due on the date listed in your client portal dashboard.
If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, your services will be automatically suspended. No maintenance tasks, security scans, or technical support will be performed during this time.
If payment is not received within 14 days, services will be permanently discontinued, and all associated access credentials will be revoked.
Reactivation after suspension or discontinuation will require:
Full payment of the outstanding balance
A $75 reactivation fee
Review of website condition before resuming service (billed hourly if remediation is required)
Missed payments are not excused due to email delivery failure, client travel, or account changes. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain active billing credentials in the NVS Client Portal.
Cancellations must be submitted via the NVS Client Portal at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Timely cancellations receive a prorated refund.
Late cancellations do not receive refunds, but services remain active through the paid term.
Routine maintenance tasks (e.g., updates, scans, backups) are scheduled Weekly.
Client-submitted technical support requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours on business days.
Most non-urgent issues are resolved within 2–4 business days depending on queue and complexity.
Requests submitted after 4:30 PM MST may be addressed on the following business day.
Urgent requests outside standard hours may be subject to emergency billing.
Each party is responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise determined by arbitration.
Disputes will be settled under Arizona law via binding arbitration.
NventSolution is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or speculative loss.
Clients retain ownership of their website and any content provided by them.
NventSolution retains rights to proprietary configurations, admin tools, or internal frameworks unless specifically transferred.

Clients may request removal in writing. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We follow best practices, but are not responsible for:
Client-side vulnerabilities or insecure user behavior
Hosting-related security failures
Malware introduced via third-party tools or external logins
Foundational SEO: Setup of technical meta and indexing tools—not campaign strategy or ranking improvement.
Maintenance: Security, updates, and uptime care—not content work, growth marketing, or lead gen.
Priority Support: Your requests go to the front of the queue, not 24/7 support.
Design Changes: Requests to modify layouts, sections, or visuals that go beyond “fixing” are billable.
A 14-day free trial of the NVS Sentinel Plan is included with our Basic Website Design Plan. This trial is manually activated after the final website is delivered and is designed to provide a preview of the ongoing service we offer.
The trial does not auto-renew or convert into a paid subscription.

This agreement works in tandem with our Policies & Client Expectations page. That page outlines general behavior guidelines, trial limitations, communication boundaries, and scope reminders that apply to all clients — regardless of plan level.
By signing or activating this agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted those policies. That page may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in process, service structure, or client experience.
By checking the box at checkout, the Client confirms agreement with the terms outlined in this document. All billing, support, and cancellation matters must go through the NVS Client Portal.
