They needed stronger local visibility, a better website, and clarity over who actually controlled it.
When Elevated Sedona Wine Tours came to us, their website wasn’t performing as well as it needed to in local search. The design also needed improvement so the website could better reflect the experience, personality, and quality of the business.
Behind the scenes, we also found ownership and setup issues that needed attention. Parts of the website were still connected to a previous developer, paid plugins needed proper ownership or support access, and important security and SEO settings needed to be corrected.
For a business that depends heavily on trust, local visibility, and online bookings, those issues mattered.
Our Approach
Keep it simple, efficient, and effective.
We started with an NVS Elite Build and created a plan that balanced the owners’ vision with the strengths of the Sedona wine tour industry and the work already invested in the existing website.
The goal wasn’t to overcomplicate the site. We wanted a cleaner, more modern experience that reflected the quality of their tours, built trust with potential customers, and provided a stronger foundation for local SEO.
After the design was approved, we handled the technical cleanup needed to properly support the website. This included correcting security and ownership issues, cleaning up unused areas, configuring Rank Math, and preparing the site for ongoing tracking and indexing.
We also reviewed the WooCommerce and booking setup so the owners had a clearer understanding of how their private and social tour offerings were organized online.
After launch, the website transitioned into NVS Momentum for ongoing SEO, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement.
We also corrected several ownership-related issues after launch. Once the email configuration was fixed, the proper administrator account was updated and, with client approval, unnecessary users were removed. This gave the owners clearer control of their website and reduced unnecessary backend access.
