We provide monthly website support focused on maintaining SEO fundamentals, improving visibility, and reviewing performance metrics, within the technical limitations of your platform (at this time, we are only providing edge service plans for websites on Squarespace or Wix). Have your website on another platform? Reach out to us below.
Real-Time Work Log Access
You’ll receive access to a private tracking board showing what has been reviewed and completed each month. Scans, SEO updates, and logged notes are documented so you always have clear visibility into your site’s status.
Monthly Website Health Scan
We perform a monthly review covering SEO fundamentals, indexability, and basic usability checks. Fixes are applied where the platform allows, and findings or limitations are logged in your monthly review period.
On-Page SEO Adjustments
We validate and update key on-page elements such as page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text to support local search visibility, without altering your site’s core structure or content tone.
Blog SEO Support (Platform-Permitted)
If your site has a blog, we support blog visibility through ongoing SEO refinement and local intent alignment. This may include optimizing existing posts, improving internal linking, and refining titles/meta descriptions where the platform allows. Blog updates are logged in your tracking board.
Basic Structural Fixes (Platform-Permitted)
When supported by your platform, we correct missing H1 tags, add internal links, or update footer and contact information to align with location relevance and SEO best practices.
Sitemap & Analytics Check
We verify sitemap accessibility and confirm Google Search Console and Analytics connections to ensure your site remains properly tracked and indexed. Any issues or limitations are documented.
Performance Review (Platform-Limited)
We review site speed, mobile responsiveness, and image handling using available tools. Performance constraints imposed by the platform are logged transparently in your report.
Phased Work Model
Work is prioritized by impact (core pages first, then supporting content like blogs). Not all pages are updated at once; updates are rolled out progressively and tracked in the private tracking board.

If your website is on WordPress, we recommend NVS Momentum℠ instead.
Clients receive access to a private tracking board for real-time visibility into website work, updates, and monitoring activity.
Your service begins after checkout via the NVS Client Portal™.
By checking the box, you agree to the terms listed in this service agreement.
You grant NventSolution™ access to your website platform (Squarespace, Wix, etc.) and any necessary credentials to perform services within the scope of your plan.
If you or a third party makes changes during your service that cause errors, broken layouts, SEO issues, or performance problems, cleanup may be billed hourly when the work falls outside the scope of NVS Edge℠. This can include (but is not limited to) design/layout cleanup, rebuilding sections, repairing site-wide formatting issues, emergency fixes, or reverting unintended live updates.
If this happens, we’ll document what changed, explain the impact, and recommend the most efficient fix before any billable cleanup begins.
NVS Edge℠ renews monthly through the NVS Client Portal™.
To keep your site healthy and performing well, we may make small updates without needing to contact you first. This includes:
Fixing broken elements
Replacing outdated features
Improving load speed
Minor structure adjustments for usability (platform-permitted) such as heading hierarchy (H1/H2), spacing for readability, CTA placement, internal link blocks, and basic section ordering.
We never change branding, content tone, or perform a visual redesign. All changes are logged on your tracking board.
If you prefer pre-approval before any changes, let us know in writing via email.
We are not responsible for:
Outages or bugs caused by Squarespace, Wix, etc.
Platform feature limitations or restrictions
Changes made by the platform that affect layout, speed, or SEO
If your site breaks due to something outside of our scope, we’ll advise you, but deeper help may require an upgrade or separate scope.

NVS Edge℠ is best for small business owners who already have a website but need help keeping it cleaned up, organized, updated, and easier for potential customers to understand. It works well for service-based businesses, local businesses, solo providers, and growing small businesses that do not need heavy website development.
NVS Edge℠ is not intended for ongoing design updates or layout changes. If your website needs regular design updates, section changes, layout adjustments, or visual improvements, NVS Edge PRO℠ would likely be the better fit.
